Design for the Distance Between the Gate and the Product
Farmfest buyers move through a broad outdoor site filled with equipment, seed, buildings, implements and agricultural services. The exhibit has to work at several distances. A brand and product category should be legible from the route; the next layer should identify the application; close to the display, the buyer needs access to the part, control, sample or result that supports a serious discussion.Ground conditions shape the booth as much as the message. The assigned lot may require confirmed surface preparation, tent or shade decisions, electrical inspection, mowing, landscaping, excavation approval or equipment handling. Those items affect anchoring, flooring, display position and installation order. They cannot be left until a finished indoor-style rendering has already been approved.King Exhibits develops the rental exhibit around the confirmed site and products. The quotation can cover 3D design, rental structures, graphics, counters, displays, storage, meeting areas and selected custom work. Packing, freight coordination and I&D are included when written into the accepted scope. The exhibitor and current Farmfest providers retain the equipment, ground, tent, utility and program responsibilities assigned to them.A Product Demo Showcase or Ride & Drive can extend the sales story beyond the booth, but it follows its own application, schedule, safety and insurance requirements. The booth should prepare qualified visitors for that experience and bring them back to the sales team afterward; it should not imply that a field demonstration comes with the rental exhibit.
Use Three Message Distances Instead of One Oversized Poster
Place the company name and product category where visitors can read them from the main route. Use the middle distance for a crop, equipment task or farm application, then reserve specifications and proof for the product zone. This hierarchy helps the exhibit compete for attention without turning every surface into a headline. King Exhibits can size the rental structure and graphics around the confirmed sightlines, while the exhibitor supplies approved claims and product priorities.

Release the Ground Plan Before Releasing the Booth
Confirm surface preparation, excavation, anchoring, tent, mowing or landscaping and electrical requirements against the current Farmfest documents. Mark each approved interface on the site plan before flooring, structures or product positions are finalized. A late ground change can alter the installation sequence, graphic height and usable customer space. Keeping these services visible also prevents the exhibit quote from suggesting that King Exhibits controls site work supplied or approved by other parties.
Connect the Booth to the Approved Product Demonstration
Treat a Product Demo Showcase or Ride & Drive as a scheduled sales step, not a separate attraction. The booth should explain what visitors will experience, who qualifies for the discussion and where they return afterward. Staff need a simple handoff for demo times, safety limits and lead ownership. King Exhibits can support the booth-side signs and meeting flow in scope; the exhibitor and organizer manage the approved field activity and operating requirements.

Put the Site Map and the Sales Map on the Same Plan

The 3D plan can show the assigned lot, equipment, buyer approaches, inspection sides, long-range graphics, shade, storage and meeting positions together. That makes it easier for marketing, product and dealer teams to agree on what the exhibit must accomplish before the rental assets and graphics enter production.King Exhibits then prepares the booth components and selected custom work named in the proposal. A separate responsibility list keeps equipment transport, ground preparation, tent, power, lifting, insurance and demonstration-program tasks with the correct party. This combination gives procurement a reviewable scope and gives the onsite team a layout tied to real Farmfest conditions.

Yes, after the assigned lot, surface, dimensions, product, tent or structure, anchoring and current site requirements are confirmed. The proposal will define the rental exhibit work supplied by King Exhibits and the ground or official services ordered elsewhere.
These services follow the current Farmfest forms, approved providers and site rules. King can design around confirmed conditions and mark interfaces on the booth plan, but the quote includes ground work only when it is specifically accepted in writing and permitted by the organizer.
Yes. Booth graphics and staff flow can direct qualified visitors to an approved demonstration and support the follow-up conversation. The demonstration itself requires separate show approval, scheduling, operating information, safety measures and insurance.
Yes, subject to the assigned space and current handling requirements. Send transport and displayed dimensions, weight, lift points, open inspection sides, moving parts and placement responsibility before the exhibit is approved.
Do not assume they are. Confirm the current Farmfest package and service forms for the assigned site. The King Exhibits proposal will identify any structure or electrical coordination it accepts and keep organizer or vendor-supplied items separate.
Send the lot assignment, surface, equipment drawings and weights, product priorities, sightlines, graphics, shade or tent needs, utilities, demo program, meetings, storage, budget direction and requested freight or installation support.
