MD&M Midwest takes place at the Minneapolis Convention Center on October 28–29, 2026. Its combined manufacturing audience spans medical technology, automation, plastics, packaging, and design and manufacturing. A component supplier may have relevant applications in several of those sectors, but a tray of similar-looking parts does not explain that range by itself.Give each sample group a clear purpose: the molded housing beside an assembly illustration, the machined component beside a cutaway, or the connector beside a short demonstration of its use. Use a compact footprint for a selected part family and a clear application graphic. A short counter leaves standing room for a technical conversation; a full meeting table may displace the sample access you need.
The longer frontage allows separate sample groups with their own labels and application images. Reserve one end for a discussion surface so engineering conversations do not take over the entire display counter.
A larger footprint gives more flexibility to separate sample browsing from scheduled discussions. Where the assigned configuration permits, position displays toward the open approaches and put the drawing table farther inside.

Supply a packing list for the parts your team will bring, including anything that needs restricted handling. We agree who places and removes those items at setup and dismantling, so your samples follow their return instructions instead of leaving with the rental furniture.
King coordinates transportation and installation for the contracted exhibit work. Share the current exhibitor instructions and booth assignment so the delivery plan uses the applicable receiving location and move-in window. Material handling and utility orders must follow the show’s current ordering channels.

No. Space booking is a transaction with the show’s sales team. Our quotation covers the exhibit work listed in the proposal. Keep your space contract and show-service orders available when reviewing it so furniture, material handling or utilities are not budgeted twice.
Yes. The organizer now presents the former co-located Minneapolis manufacturing shows under MD&M Midwest. Use the current MD&M Midwest floor plan for your design request; an older Minneapolis allocation will not establish your position for this edition.
Yes, the display can use selected samples and approved images while your team keeps sensitive drawings for individual discussions. Tell us which items may be handled, photographed or shown on screen. A partition can limit sightlines, but it does not make a trade show conversation confidential.
Counter construction, fitted sample supports, the amount of branded surface, screens and the footprint all affect the exhibit price. Heavy assemblies or working equipment may also change freight and site-service requirements. Start with photos and dimensions so the proposal reflects your display instead of an assumed standard kit.
It may be possible after the machine’s dimensions, weight, operating clearance and utilities have been reviewed. Send its technical requirements with the booth plan. We assess the exhibit arrangement, while the current show requirements determine any necessary permissions and service orders.

The exhibitor portal supplies the applicable move-in targets and booth-review requirements; the public event dates alone are not enough to set the build schedule.
