EDIT THE COLLECTION FOR THE BUYER'S ITINERARY

Inputs for a Market Square Presentation

Send the leased-space record with the collection plan:
• Market dates, building, floor and space number
• Confirmed lease and current exhibitor requirements
• Hero products, categories and price position
• Buyer roles, appointments and line-review needs
• Samples, finishes, lighting and storage
• Budget, approvals and requested King scope

Help a Busy Market Buyer Understand the Collection

Historic Market Square is a repurposed furniture factory with five floors and 430,000 square feet of furniture, rugs, wall décor and home accents. High Point buyers move through many buildings and plan which showrooms deserve time. A Market Square presentation therefore needs a clear editorial point of view. King Exhibits begins with the hero products, buyer role and line decision, then organizes vignettes, graphics, samples and meeting space around them. Each room setting explains scale, compatibility or use. A line-review area gives qualified buyers access to finishes and commercial information. Storage supports reset without becoming visible inventory. Space leasing remains with the building owner; the exhibit scope begins only after the assigned location and current rules are confirmed.

Edit the Collection before Designing the Room

Choose the pieces that express the season, material story, price position and customer most clearly. Then identify supporting items that make those hero products easier to specify or merchandise. King Exhibits can build the display hierarchy around the edited set instead of using architecture to hide an unresolved assortment. Buyers see a confident point of view, staff can explain the line in a deliberate order, and replacement or late-arriving products have a defined role rather than an improvised location.

Build Vignettes That Answer Sourcing Questions

Build Vignettes That Answer Sourcing Questions

A room setting should help a designer or retailer judge scale, finish, coordination and merchandising potential. Define the question each vignette answers, then control sightlines and product density so the key piece remains visible. King Exhibits can develop platforms, partitions, graphic cues and lighting relationships around that task. The display feels like an environment, but every object still supports a line decision rather than becoming decorative inventory.

Prepare the Line Review for Real Appointments

List the buyers expected, the categories they cover and the decisions they may make at Market. Give staff ready access to finish samples, specifications, pricing materials and appointment notes. A working table or counter should support the review without dominating the presentation. King Exhibits can plan the physical storage, sample access and screen location within scope. The exhibitor owns the price list, availability, order terms, CRM and follow-up commitments.

Use Historic Character without Losing the Brand

Use Historic Character without Losing the Brand

Market Square’s original hardwood floors, exposed brick and large wood columns create a recognizable setting. Decide which building features support the collection and which need a controlled graphic or lighting background. King Exhibits can design freestanding rental and custom elements that frame products without claiming permission to attach to the historic fabric. The current lease and building rules determine access, protection, installation and approved methods. Brand identity and venue character can then complement each other rather than compete.

STEER — 30×30 Exhibit at NPE 2024

STEER’s completed 30×30 exhibit is a verified King Exhibits reference for open product presentation, branded architecture and structured buyer conversation. It was delivered for NPE 2024 in Orlando, not at Market Square or High Point Market, and it is not a furnishings showroom case. Buyers may use it only to assess production finish and spatial hierarchy. A Market Square project would be designed around the confirmed lease, collection, vignettes and line-review needs.

WHY KING EXHIBITS FOR PRODUCT PRESENTATION

Display Architecture Can Be Built around the Actual Collection

King Exhibits has supported U.S. exhibit projects since 2008. Las Vegas-based production support combines 3D design, rental preparation, custom graphics, CNC work and wood fabrication. That makes it possible to develop platforms, partitions, graphic frames, product supports and packing around the approved assortment. Important assemblies may be checked before packing when included in scope. Freight coordination, installation and dismantling, audiovisual support and storage apply only when accepted in writing. Market Square leasing, building services, showroom access and High Point Market participation remain with the relevant owners and organizers.

Does King Exhibits lease showroom space at Market Square?

No. Space leasing is handled by the building owner or its leasing representative. High Point Market’s exhibitor resources direct leasing questions to the relevant property. Confirm whether the assignment is a permanent showroom, temporary suite or another approved space before requesting exhibit design. King Exhibits can quote physical display components and accepted support after the lease, room, access dates and building rules are documented.

Is Market Square the same as Suites at Market Square?

No. Historic Market Square and Suites at Market Square are separate listings with different addresses and exhibit formats. Historic Market Square is described as a five-floor, 430,000-square-foot adaptive-use building, while the Suites present temporary exhibits across three floors. Use the lease and official Market listing to confirm the exact location. The wrong building assumption can change access, room conditions, services and the display approach.

How many products should we show at High Point Market?

Show enough to establish the collection, price position and buying options without hiding the hero pieces. Start with the buyers and decisions expected at Market, then choose products that answer those questions. Supporting items should strengthen a vignette or line review. King Exhibits can model product density and sightlines in the confirmed space, while the exhibitor retains control of assortment, pricing, availability and sales terms.

What should we send for a Market Square display proposal?

Send the Market dates, building, floor, room, confirmed lease, current rules, dimensions, photos, hero products, full assortment, buyer roles, appointments, vignettes, finishes, samples, graphics, lighting, storage, freight needs, budget and approval date. King Exhibits will develop the physical presentation and written scope. Leasing, registration, building services and product-sales materials remain separate unless expressly included or supplied by the responsible party.
