Inputs for a Mana Wynwood Exhibi
Send the campaign idea and buyer decision together:
• Event, room, footprint and current production guide
• Priority buyers, partners and public audiences
• Products, proof and required sales actions
• Brand activation, content and meeting program
• Power, AV, rigging, freight and vendor needs
• Budget, approvals and requested King scope
Make the Brand Experience Lead to the Produc
Mana Wynwood publishes a 100,000-square-foot air-conditioned convention facility with a 45,000-square-foot Event Hall and a 35,000-square-foot Sound Stadium. It also promotes extensive branding and custom-build possibilities. The commercial challenge is restraint: the activation must direct attention toward a useful buyer decision. King Exhibits begins with the offer, audience and proof, then develops the physical experience around them. The first view establishes the campaign. The center of the space lets visitors experience or compare the product. Staff positions identify qualified accounts and move them to the right conversation. Media capture is planned without blocking the sales route. Procurement receives a booth or activation scope whose visual investment has a defined business job.
Start with the Product Truth behind the Campaign
Write one sentence that the activation must make believable. It may concern material, performance, design, experience or a new market position. Then choose the product, sample or demonstration that supports it. King Exhibits can develop the architecture, graphic scale and product support from that evidence. The result feels expressive without becoming vague: visitors remember the visual idea, and buyers can explain what they actually learned about the offer.

Use the Entry as a Transition, Not the Whole Experience
Mana Wynwood highlights its front-facing windows as a branding opportunity. Exterior visibility can introduce the campaign, but the most important product evidence should remain available inside the assigned exhibit or activation area. Plan what a visitor sees before entry, at entry and after choosing to engage. King Exhibits can connect those views through consistent color, message and form while keeping the commercial interaction independent of any branding location that has not been contracted.
Separate the Content Moment from the Buyer Route
Identify scheduled filming, creator appearances, presentations or social moments and mark their audience size and duration. Then protect a separate path for buyers who want specifications, samples, pricing or a meeting. King Exhibits can shape a shared backdrop, queue edge and conversation zone without building unnecessary walls. The exhibitor controls the content, releases and talent. Venue and event authorities control operating permissions, production schedules, noise and service conditions.

Select Vendors through One Written Responsibility Map
Mana Wynwood promotes flexibility in customizing events and, for many uses, choosing vendors. Flexibility increases the need for clear ownership. List who supplies structure, graphics, AV, lighting, power, rigging, freight, labor, security, cleaning and content production. King Exhibits can accept selected exhibit work and coordination in its quotation. The venue and organizer must confirm which choices actually apply to the event. Procurement can then approve a complete plan without assuming that vendor freedom means every service is unrestricted.
STEER — 30×30 Exhibit at NPE 2024
STEER’s completed 30×30 exhibit is a verified King Exhibits reference for open product presentation, branded architecture and buyer conversation. It was delivered for NPE 2024 in Orlando, not at Mana Wynwood. Buyers can use it to assess how a strong visual system can preserve product access. A Wynwood project would receive its own activation, room, vendor, content and technical plan under the accepted written scope.

Creative Form and Product Function Can Be Reviewed Together

King Exhibits has supported U.S. exhibit projects since 2008. Las Vegas-based production support combines 3D design, rental preparation, custom graphics, CNC work and wood fabrication. That enables unusual forms, product supports, graphic surfaces and reusable rental components to be evaluated in one model before release. Important assemblies may be checked before packing when included in scope. Freight coordination, installation and dismantling, audiovisual support and storage apply only when accepted in writing. Mana Wynwood services, event production, vendor permissions and third-party creative work remain subject to the confirmed event documents.
Build the Wynwood Experience from the Business Goal
The activation succeeds when its strongest visual leads to credible proof and useful follow-up.
Choose the audience, campaign statement, evidence and desired commercial action.
Develop exterior view, entry, product center, content moment and buyer route.
Confirm venue, organizer, King, AV, labor, freight and production ownership.
Approve drawings, graphics, assets, technical inputs, schedule and written scope.
It is a flexible convention and event campus rather than a standard multi-hall municipal center. The official venue page describes a 100,000-square-foot air-conditioned Convention Center split into Event Hall and Sound Stadium, plus other campus spaces. Confirm the exact room and event configuration before design. King Exhibits can build an exhibit or activation within the assigned footprint but does not lease the venue or define its event rules.
Mana Wynwood promotes its front-facing windows as a branding opportunity, but availability, dimensions, installation method, content approval and cost must be confirmed for the current event. Do not make the interior exhibit depend on uncontracted exterior media. King Exhibits can coordinate a visual concept and production information within accepted scope, while the venue and organizer approve locations, vendors, access and installation conditions.
Mana Wynwood describes flexibility in vendor selection for many event uses, but an exhibitor must follow the organizer’s contract, venue requirements and event-specific provider rules. Ask for a written list of permitted and required vendors. King Exhibits can accept defined exhibit work and selected coordination. Power, rigging, AV, labor, security and production ownership should be named individually so flexibility is not mistaken for unrestricted access.
Send the event, assigned room, footprint, current production guide, campaign idea, priority buyers, products, proof, public or media program, staff, meetings, graphics, existing assets, AV, power, rigging, freight, budget and approval date. Include every vendor already selected. King Exhibits will develop the physical exhibit and buyer path, then identify venue, organizer or third-party work that still requires confirmation or separate ordering.
