Translate Each Travel Question into a Booth Requirement
• Use one graphic landmark to make the destination instantly recognizable.
• Provide a clear surface for comparing routes and trip options.
• Place lead capture after the visitor understands the offer.
• Keep maps, brochures, devices, and refill stock within easy reach.
Make an Intangible Trip Easy to Compare in a Physical Booth
Travel brands cannot put the complete vacation on a shelf. The exhibit has to turn imagery, routes, properties, departures and service details into a sequence people can understand while standing in a busy hall. King Exhibits starts with the travel decision your visitor is making, then organizes the destination promise, supporting choices, staff explanation and follow-up action around it.The resulting trade show exhibit rental may use walls, frames, lighted graphics, counters, screen positions, brochure displays, flooring and concealed storage. Selected fabricated details, transport, installation and dismantling are included only when the signed quotation lists them. Booth space and official show or venue services remain separate unless the accepted scope expressly says otherwise.
Review Four Concrete Exhibit Deliverables Before Release

The 3D direction places selected rental walls, frames, counters and storage against the assigned footprint and open sides, so your team can review fit before approving the scope.

Each approved artwork file is tied to a panel, lighted area, counter or sign position in the selected structure, reducing ambiguity when graphics move into production.

Screens, brochures, maps, devices, giveaways and refill stock are recorded with dimensions or quantities before displays, mounts and concealed storage are scoped.

The proposal names the rental, graphic, fabricated, packing, transport and onsite work included by King while flagging official-service dependencies outside the accepted scope.
Plan the Saturday Audience Change into the Layout
The current Los Angeles exhibitor page lists travel-advisor access at 9:30 a.m. Saturday and public opening at 10:00 a.m. The booth should not need a furniture reset during that short transition. Keep scheduled or technical conversations slightly behind the open edge, while the destination story, quick questions and follow-up action remain available to public visitors. Confirm staff roles and handoffs before the 3D plan is approved so both visitor types can be served at once.

Keep Offers, Brochures and Lead Capture in Working Order
A travel-show counter can quickly become a stack of maps, giveaway stock, chargers and staff belongings. Decide which item earns attention, which details require explanation and what the visitor should do next. Put reserve material in labeled storage close to the staff who replenish it, and keep devices powered without loose cables crossing the interaction. If an offer has conditions, the exhibitor supplies the approved wording and follow-up process before graphics or forms are released.
Prepare the Hall AB Delivery Handoff Before Move-In
The current exhibitor page lists Friday move-in for Hall AB and directs loading traffic to Dock AB. Before dispatch, match each shipment or project piece to the exhibiting company, booth number, onsite contact and person responsible for handling and installation. Also reconcile the current manual, official orders and approved King scope. If Friday setup is not possible, the exhibitor must obtain the required approval through the show channel; it should not be treated as an automatic schedule change.

Connect the Approved Travel Story with the Physical Build

King Exhibits has served exhibitors since 2008. We bring the visitor actions, rental architecture, campaign graphics, selected custom work and delivery responsibilities into one project review, while limiting every commitment to the accepted scope.
Assign Every LA Show Responsibility Before Release

Provide the contracted space, current show documents, approved travel claims, offer terms, lead process, staff plan, service accounts and final sign-off.

Design and prepare the rental structure, graphics, selected custom elements, packing, transport and onsite work expressly stated in the signed quotation.

The organizer, venue and designated providers control their own ordering channels, rules, deadlines, handling, utilities and other reserved services.

Compare the current manual, floor plan, King scope, official orders, shipment list and contacts before production and move-in.

The signed quotation defines the included scope. It may cover 3D design, rental architecture, campaign graphics, selected custom fabrication, packing, transport and agreed installation or dismantling. The exhibit space and organizer-, venue- or official-provider services are separate unless the quote expressly includes coordination or payment for a named item.
Yes, when their different conversations are planned before design approval. Send your advisor appointment needs, public discovery actions, staff count, offers and lead process. We can place the focused discussion behind an open discovery edge and assign staff handoffs so a meeting does not close the booth to passing visitors.
Yes, when the approved content, equipment and current show requirements support it. Provide the screen or device, mounting method, content format, caption plan, power, internet, cable exits and accessibility needs. Do not base the experience on open amplified sound unless current show documents expressly permit it.
Send the show edition, Hall AB booth assignment, size and open sides, floor plan, included package, destination or service priorities, approved imagery, offers, visitor actions, staff count, displays, screens, collateral, storage, official-service status, freight origin, budget and requested onsite work.
The current manual, official ordering channels and accepted project scope determine responsibility. Some items may have to be ordered from the organizer, venue or designated provider. King identifies known dependencies, but the exhibitor keeps ownership of accounts, orders, deadlines and payments unless a specific coordination task is accepted in writing.
Use the current exhibitor page and manual, then contact the show representative for the required approval. The current LA page says an exhibitor unable to set up Friday must receive approval for Saturday morning setup. King will plan only the onsite schedule expressly agreed in the project scope; an unapproved time change is not assumed.
No affiliation or endorsement is claimed. King Exhibits is an independent exhibit design, rental and build provider. The organizer controls booth-space sales, event rules and official exhibitor resources. Our quotation covers only the exhibit work King agrees to perform.
