Give Every Kind of Attention a Business Purpose
LACC publishes 720,000 square feet of exhibit space across two connected buildings, with West, South and lower-level Kentia hall environments. A visually strong booth can reach several audiences, but the design should not treat every visitor as the same lead. King Exhibits defines the priority buyer first, then creates an exterior idea that also works for cameras and public traffic. Product proof sits behind that promise. Staff positions direct partners, media and qualified accounts to the right interaction. Private space is reserved for conversations that justify it. The assigned hall and current event documents then control orientation, freight, utilities, rigging and approvals. The finished exhibit is built to be noticed and to advance a commercial decision.
Choose the Image That Introduces the Right Business
The booth’s most photographed view should communicate the company’s market position, not just a temporary theme. Define the product, customer and promise the image must introduce. King Exhibits can use architecture, scale, lighting and one disciplined headline to create that view. Secondary messages stay closer to the relevant products. The brand earns visual reach while a serious buyer still understands what the company supplies and why a conversation belongs on the show floor.

Put Commercial Proof behind the Visual Promise
Attention creates a useful opportunity only when the booth can support its claim. Choose a product, sample, demonstration, comparison or technical record that makes the headline credible. Place it where a qualified visitor can inspect it without standing inside a photo queue. King Exhibits can develop the support, lighting, screen and graphic explanation together. Sales staff then move from the visible idea to application, fit and next step without changing the subject.
Separate Media Traffic from Buyer Meetings
Mark planned interviews, content capture, partner check-ins, product demonstrations and account meetings on the daily schedule. These activities need different backgrounds, sound conditions, seating and staff. A small media position near the edge may serve better than placing cameras through the main sales route. King Exhibits can model the zones and sightlines before production. The exhibitor remains responsible for releases, schedules, lead qualification and the content itself.

Resolve the Correct Building before Technical Release
LACC’s West and South buildings are connected, and Kentia Hall sits below South Hall. Access, freight doors, ceiling conditions and visitor approaches differ by assignment. Use the current organizer floor plan, official specifications and event manual before fixing the booth front, hanging elements or delivery assumptions. King Exhibits can coordinate the design information it controls, while authorized providers and city or venue review govern services, temporary structures and other required approvals.
STEER — 30×30 Exhibit at NPE 2024
STEER’s completed 30×30 exhibit is a verified King Exhibits reference for combining open product visibility, branded architecture and buyer conversation. It was delivered for NPE 2024 in Orlando, not at Los Angeles Convention Center. Buyers can use it to assess visual hierarchy and production finish. An LACC project would receive its own audience, media, building, service and approval plan under the accepted written scope.

The Signature View and the Product Proof Share One Production File

King Exhibits has supported U.S. exhibit projects since 2008. Las Vegas-based production support combines 3D design, rental preparation, custom graphics, CNC work and wood fabrication. Architecture, camera background, product support, lighting locations and graphic sizes can therefore be reviewed as one physical system before release. Important assemblies may be checked before packing when included in scope. Freight coordination, installation and dismantling, audiovisual support and storage apply only when accepted in writing. LACC services, authorized contractors, city review and event-specific media rules remain with the named responsible parties.
Build the LACC Booth from the Priority Buyer Outward
Visibility supports the sale when every audience knows where to go and what to do.
Define priority buyers, partners, press, creators, users and their next actions.
Develop the signature view, product evidence and graphic hierarchy together.
Place demonstrations, media work, meetings, staff, storage and public traffic.
Approve hall, services, approvals, packed assets, responsibilities and written scope.
The building and hall listed in the current event assignment. LACC publishes West and South buildings connected by interior walkways, with Kentia Hall on the lower level below South Hall. Each location has different access and technical conditions. Use the organizer plan and official specifications to set orientation, height and logistics. King Exhibits can adapt reusable assets after the correct assignment is confirmed.
Yes, when its purpose, schedule and effect on buyer traffic are defined. Identify camera position, background, lighting, sound, power, network, releases and who controls the content. The area should not block the main product proof or meeting path. King Exhibits can develop the physical set within scope, while the exhibitor and event authorities handle permissions, participants, recording compliance and content production responsibilities.
Some structures can require engineered documentation or City of Los Angeles review under current LACC guidelines. The exact trigger depends on the design and event conditions, so use the latest Event Planning Guide and organizer requirements before approval. King Exhibits can provide drawings and fabrication information for work it accepts. The venue, city and other authorities make final determinations and may request changes or additional documentation.
Send the event, building, hall, booth number, current manual, priority buyers, public and media audiences, products, proof points, filming plans, meetings, staff, graphics, existing assets, utilities, rigging, freight, budget and approval date. Include any temporary structure or outdoor activation connected to the exhibit. King Exhibits will define the buyer-facing booth and written scope while identifying approvals and third-party work that remain open.
