A Custom ISSA Show Exhibit Rental for Products That Must Be Seen in Use
ISSA Show North America brings together cleaning agents, equipment, floor and carpet care, infection-prevention products, paper and restroom supplies, technology, waste-management solutions, and robotics. These products do not belong in one generic exhibit layout. A robot needs a safe, visible route. A machine needs operating and maintenance access. A dilution system needs a controlled application explanation. A consumable needs an application context. Software needs a repeatable task and a reliable fallback.King Exhibits begins with a product-and-demonstration record. We place the machine, test surface, sample or liquid, staff action, visitor boundary, refill and cleanup, storage, screens, and buyer conversations on the 3D plan. Rental walls, towers, lightboxes, counters, flooring, lighting, and furniture are selected after the operating needs are visible. This approach helps your sales team move from a visible cleaning problem to a product result and then to the next commercial question. It also gives purchasing a clearer scope to compare: which exhibit components and project services are quoted by King, which product operation or technical commissioning stays with your team, and which current show services or approvals must be handled through the organizer, venue, or assigned provider.
Give Each ISSA Buyer a Useful Next Step
Let them understand the product range, application boundary, packaging or refill logic, and the sales support conversation. A clear comparison point can qualify the product before the meeting moves to assortment, territory, stocking, training, or launch planning.
Show how the product fits a repeatable cleaning task. Keep labor steps, operator interaction, refill or maintenance work, consistency, and field deployment visible enough for an operating discussion without promising results that have not been measured for the buyer’s site.
Connect the product to the surface, room, traffic pattern, hygiene task, waste stream, inspection record, or maintenance condition it is designed to address. Preserve space for implementation, compatibility, safety, training, and purchasing questions after the demonstration.
Give them a concise workflow and a place to review data, integration, user ownership, support, or rollout assumptions. The booth should separate a fast product proof from the deeper evaluation required for a site or multi-location program.
Give the Robot a Route, a Stop Point, and a Reset Plan
An autonomous cleaner needs more than an open patch of carpet. Record the operating footprint, turning space, route, dock or charging point, operator position, stopping method, surface transition, and reset procedure. Place the route where visitors can see the task without stepping into it or blocking the aisle. If the approved booth cannot support motion, use parked-machine inspection, route graphics, and field video rather than implying an onsite run that has not been cleared.

Make a Cleaning Comparison Visible Without Losing Control of the Station
A cleaning claim becomes easier to discuss when the visitor can see the test surface, dose, application, dwell or working time, tool, residue, and finished condition. Decide what sample material enters the booth, how it is contained, who replenishes it, and how the station is cleaned between demonstrations. Keep unapproved chemical, water, drain, and waste assumptions out of the released plan. A dry sample, sealed comparison, cutaway, or field video can preserve the sales point when live use is restricted.
Separate the Basic Exhibit Space from the Custom Booth Scope
ISSA lists basic items with exhibit space, but those items are not a finished custom exhibit. The current portal and Exhibitor Service Kit govern shipping, service orders, display rules, and other show-controlled details. Keep electrical, internet, water, drainage, rigging, material handling, cleaning, and demonstration approvals on a dated release list. King can develop a reversible layout before every form is available; production and onsite commitments should follow the accepted proposal and current official instructions.

Carry the Demonstration Record from 3D Review to the Las Vegas Show Floor

King Exhibits works from a shared booth record. The 3D direction places the product footprint, operating or inspection side, test surface, staff action, visitor boundary, refill and cleanup, storage, and buyer meetings before your team approves the architecture. Product, technical, sales, channel, and event owners can review the same layout while changes are still easier to make. Our confirmed capabilities include booth design, 3D visualization, rental exhibits, custom fabrication, graphics production, transportation, installation and dismantling, with LED/AV and storage handled when included in the project scope. CNC and wood fabrication can support quoted bases, surrounds, counters, enclosures, sample fixtures, and product openings built from approved information.Pre-build and quality-control steps are applied according to the project range. Staging, loading, and material preparation connect approved components to the delivery plan. The proposal identifies King’s work, the exhibitor’s product-operation and approval duties, and show-controlled services as separate responsibilities. The published LionsBot ISSA reference gives the team a real project image to discuss, while the current project still receives its own footprint, rules, and written scope.
Create One Demonstration Record Before the Booth Enters Production

Record parked and operating dimensions, weight, working or inspection side, moving parts, attachments, service access, and the approved placement method.

Define the surface or facility problem, input, operator or machine action, observation point, finished condition, and the next question the visitor should discuss.

List the device, power, network, water or drain assumption, chemical or consumable, test material, containers, tools, PPE, storage, and backup method.

Name the person responsible for replenishment, containment, cleanup, waste, charging, software reset, shutdown, and returning the station to a ready condition.

Yes, after the operating record is available. Send the machine’s parked and operating dimensions, weight, turning space, route, dock or charging need, surface requirement, stopping method, staff position, connectivity, visitor boundary, and reset. We can place the approved demonstration or a credible inspection-and-video fallback on the 3D plan. Final operation must follow the current show, venue, safety, and service requirements.
Possibly, subject to the current event and venue rules and any required approvals. Document the product, quantity, container, dilution or application method, test surface, water or drainage need, residue, spill control, ventilation assumption, waste, cleanup, storage, and responsible operator. We can plan the exhibit around the approved method and use sealed samples, cutaways, dry comparisons, or field video when live application is not suitable.
ISSA’s current exhibitor resource page lists basic drape, a company ID sign, directory/guide listings, and marketing or appointment resources with exhibit space. Those items do not define a complete custom exhibit. Only the King proposal states which rental structure, custom fabrication, graphics, lighting, furniture, transportation, installation, dismantling, AV, storage, or project support is included. Current official services and charges must be confirmed separately.
Yes. A confirmed booth assignment, product record, demonstration, buyer groups, meetings, storage, and brand files can support a reversible 3D direction. Shipping instructions, utilities, material handling, rigging, water, drainage, cleaning, display rules, demonstration approvals, providers, prices, and deadlines remain release-gate items until the current official information is available and your proposal is accepted.
Start with the product task and expected traffic, not a fixed percentage. Protect the robot route, machine working side, test station, supplies, refill and reset first. Then place quick questions at the product edge and longer channel, deployment, integration, or account discussions away from the demonstration. Send your staffing and meeting schedule so the 3D plan can show whether the selected footprint is workable.
The organizer currently lists the event for November 16–19, 2026 at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, with exhibit days November 17–19. These details are dynamic and must be rechecked before the page is released or travel, freight, labor, and service orders are committed.
Send the show edition, booth number, floor-plan location, footprint, open sides, target buyers, product list, equipment dimensions and weight, route or working side, sample and demonstration record, utilities, screens, storage, meetings, brand files, budget, deadline, approval owners, and the exhibit or onsite services you want King Exhibits to quote.
