Rental Exhibits for Security Manufacturers at ISC East
Your reader, camera or software demo needs more than a place on a counter. Visitors need to see what changes on the screen while your representative explains the application. We arrange display surfaces, screens and conversation space around that interaction, using your booth footprint and the equipment you plan to bring.
ISC East brings security integrators, dealers and end users to New York’s Javits Center. For your ISC East booth rental, we plan the product demonstration and partner seating together, balancing both against the available space. We provide the rental exhibit and its design and build services; you book your exhibition space with the organizer.
Keep Booth Preparation Off Your Product Team’s Desk

Your technical team has the demonstration to prepare. We take responsibility for the exhibit design, fabrication, graphics and the delivery and installation work included in your project. A dedicated project manager brings those activities together and follows the booth through dismantling.
That gives your marketing team one contact for booth decisions as equipment and presentation plans develop. We work through the layout and display requirements with you, then carry the approved design into the build. Your team stays responsible for its security equipment and software demonstration; our team handles the agreed exhibit work around it.
Before You Choose Your ISC East Rental Exhibit
We quote each exhibit individually. Booth size, custom structures, graphics, display equipment and the services you need all affect the quote. We use your floor plan and demo requirements to work out the exhibit scope. Include a budget range when you contact us so we can discuss practical design choices before developing the proposal.
Only when your quote expressly includes them. ISC East directs exhibitors to Javits for electrical and internet orders. We identify the exhibit requirements with you and clarify which services are included in our work and which need separate orders. Your technical team should specify what its live demonstration needs; a booth rental does not guarantee a network connection.
Yes. We can plan the rental exhibit around equipment you supply. During design, we review dimensions, weight and mounting needs with you before confirming its position and support. You provide and operate your security devices and software; we agree the display furniture, mounting work and other exhibit elements in the proposal.
We can discuss an initial budget before the list is final; a firm quote needs the details that affect the design. We explain which equipment specifications could change the layout or price. Mounting arrangements and final production approval follow once the relevant specifications are available, so an early concept is not treated as a confirmed equipment fit.
Yes. We can use your earlier design as a starting point and adapt it to the space you have at ISC East. We review the footprint, open sides and demonstration needs against the applicable show requirements. Sharing a previous design does not require you to ship the original booth, and we will clarify which elements would be rented or newly produced.
What Will Visitors Try at Your Booth?
Send your ISC East booth size or floor plan, the security products you plan to demonstrate and your budget range. We’ll use those details to discuss a rental layout and prepare a project quote. If your equipment list is still developing, describe the main demonstration you want to offer.
