Choose an Exhibit Direction That Fits Your Approved Participation
These are planning directions, not fixed packages or official IPW products. The active assignment, rules and accepted proposal control the final scope.
Package-Enhancement Plan
Begin with the components included in the confirmed IPW package, then quote only the graphics, storage, displays, furniture or other exhibit elements needed to close a documented gap.
Appointment-Focused Rental Exhibit
Organize several working conversations with clear arrival, seating, screen access, privacy levels and staff circulation inside the assigned footprint.
Destination or Partner Pavilion
Build one destination identity around approved partner positions, shared orientation, meeting ownership and follow-up responsibility when current participation terms permit the arrangement.
Media and Storytelling Exhibit
Combine approved imagery, maps, video, product routes and a practical conversation point for exhibitors that must address both travel buyers and media.
What an IPW Exhibit Rental Covers—and What It Does Not
IPW brings U.S. travel suppliers together with international and domestic buyers and media. That business format makes the assigned booth and official participation the starting point. It does not automatically define the destination story, meeting capacity, partner positions, graphics, media, storage or operating details your team needs.King reviews the confirmed assignment and current exhibitor documents alongside the way your team expects to use the space. A state or city destination may need several regions or local suppliers to meet buyers under one identity. A hotel, attraction or transportation provider may need a shorter story and a stronger route into product, access or contracting detail. A travel-technology company may need a working screen and a clear demonstration reset. The proposal identifies the rental structure, graphics, selected custom elements and project support offered by King. IPW participation, booth space, registration, appointments, organizer approvals and official or venue-controlled services remain separate unless a signed scope expressly assigns coordination work.
Show the Travel Product in the Form Buyers Need to Evaluate
Organize the booth around the decision a buyer, media contact or potential partner needs to make next.
Connect the destination promise to markets, access, seasons, experiences and the approved regional partners who can answer detailed questions.
Move from a strong visual introduction to the property, visitor, capacity, itinerary or contracting information a qualified buyer needs.
Explain the route, service area, product connection and operational handoff without burying the offer inside destination decoration.
Define what the buyer will see or do, the device and data conditions, and the business result the demonstration supports.
Test the Appointment Plan Before Approving the Furniture
Lay the daily schedule over the floor plan and mark every host, guest, waiting point and exit. Then test the busiest time slot rather than an average hour. Bags, screens, mobility access, interpreters and nearby conversations all change the space around a table. This check reveals whether another seat adds capacity or blocks circulation, and whether standing counters, semi-private settings or a shared presentation would support the planned meetings better.

Map Partners to Meetings, Markets and Follow-Up
Shared destination exhibits need more than a balanced row of logos. Record which approved partner represents each region or product, which buyer markets matter, who owns each scheduled conversation and where the visitor should go next. Use a common orientation point, then assign named meeting or content positions only when they improve the handoff. The resulting partner map protects the destination story while making appointment ownership and post-show follow-up easier to manage.
Give Each Buyer a Short Route into the Right Story
A single scenic image can attract attention, but an international buyer still needs to find the relevant market, season, itinerary, property or service. Group approved maps, video, photography and collateral around those questions instead of their file formats. Keep the next action close to the content: meet the responsible partner, review a product sheet, discuss a route or schedule a follow-up. Storage should remove reserve material and staff belongings from that buyer-facing path.

Review the IPW Booth Design, Working Layout and Responsibilities Together

King’s support is presented through project outputs that can be checked before approval, without unsupported factory, speed, coverage or IPW case claims.
Recheck the Active IPW Documents Before Design Release
IPW requirements change by edition. The current exhibitor confirmation, resource center and official materials control the project.

Confirm the assigned dimensions, open sides, package or booth type and every included component before replacing or duplicating it in a rental quote.

Verify the approved organization, registered team, appointment structure and any shared-booth or partner conditions before planning seats or partner positions.

Check current limits and submission requirements for walls, signs, hanging elements, screens, sound, demonstrations, hospitality and other planned activity.

Identify who orders and pays for shipping, material handling, installation labor, electricity, internet, audiovisual, cleaning, catering and other official or venue services.

No. IPW and U.S. Travel control exhibitor eligibility, booth assignments, registration and official participation. King quotes only the rental-exhibit components and project support identified in its accepted proposal.
It depends on the active package, permitted changes and the scope you need. Send the current confirmation and included-item list first. King can identify genuine gaps and propose compatible additions without assuming that an official component may be removed, modified or credited.
Yes, when the assigned footprint and current rules allow it. Provide the busiest time slot, host and guest counts, meeting formats, privacy, screens, waiting and accessibility needs. The 3D direction can then test working capacity rather than relying on a furniture count.
Only when the current IPW participation and partner rules permit the proposed organizations. Provide the approved partner list, brand hierarchy, meeting ownership, market focus and individual content needs. King can organize the physical positions but does not approve partner eligibility.
Yes, subject to current rules, technical details and the accepted scope. Send the content, equipment, mounting, power, internet, audio, operating sequence, staff position and reset needs. Any official or venue service remains separately identified.
Only when the accepted proposal names the item and responsible party. Some work or services may be controlled by IPW, the venue or official providers. The final responsibility list should identify who orders, approves and pays for each interface.
The assigned footprint, included package, structure, graphics, partner positions, meeting capacity, privacy, furniture, screens, storage, freight route, installation, dismantling and requested coordination affect the quoted scope. Official space, registration and controlled-service charges remain separate.
Send the active edition, booth confirmation, current exhibitor documents, footprint, included items, buyer markets, meeting plan, approved partner list, travel products, brand files, media, equipment, storage, budget, deadlines and requested support. King will use that brief to prepare a 3D direction and itemized proposal.
