Interactive Screens for Software and Product Presentations
Your software or technical product may need more than a video loop. We build interactive trade show displays into rental exhibits so visitors can explore selected content, follow a live walkthrough or speak with a specialist beside the screen. The layout brings together the display, a practical demo surface and space for the people using it. For event marketing teams, that means ordering the booth and its presentation setup together. We develop the design around your product demonstration, then quote the selected equipment, branded structures and delivery services. Start with your show details and a description of the demo. We’ll help determine whether a visitor-operated touchscreen, a staffed demo station or a combination suits your booth.
Touchscreen or Video Display: Which Fits Your Content?
Choose a touchscreen when visitors need to navigate your interactive content. If you simply want to play a product video, touch input may add little to the presentation. For a guided software walkthrough, a monitor beside an operating surface may suit your team better. We recommend the screen arrangement from the content and the way it will be used, then place it in the booth so visitors can operate it or follow your presenter.

Plan Power and Internet Around Your Demo
A live software demo can need a different connection from a presentation stored on a device. We review the proposed screens, workstations and AV equipment with your demo requirements, then coordinate the power and internet requests with the venue’s official providers. You receive a clear account of the services your booth needs and which charges sit outside the rental quote. We handle the booth-side coordination so your presenters can concentrate on the demonstration.
See the Booth Come Together Before It Ships

Our rental exhibit service includes a trial build before shipping. You can review the screen positions in the assembled booth, along with the counter surfaces and printed graphics around them. Photos or video give you a view of that physical arrangement before it reaches the venue. Our team checks the booth construction during the trial build; software functionality is a separate part of preparing your demonstration. King Exhibits also manages graphics production, booth fabrication, freight and installation through a project contact. We carry the approved design through to setup and dismantling, so you have someone responsible for the physical exhibit throughout the project. Your product team supplies the demonstration content; we coordinate the booth that supports it.
Questions About Interactive Display Rentals
You can bring portable devices, subject to review for the proposed setup. Fixed installations, including mounted monitors and LED walls, are supplied as part of our booth equipment arrangement. Tell us which devices you intend to bring and how you use them in the demo. We’ll clarify the equipment responsibilities before the layout and quotation are approved.
Not automatically. A touchscreen gives visitors a way to use an application; the application itself needs to be included in the agreed project scope. Show us the content you already have, or describe what you want visitors to do. We’ll recommend the physical display arrangement. Any new content, software or integration work needs a separate, agreed delivery scope before you commit.
The booth footprint, selected screens, number of demo positions and custom structures affect the rental price, along with the show location and delivery requirements. We provide an itemized quotation for the agreed configuration. Official show services, such as electrical supply, internet and material handling, are separate charges; we explain the relevant requirements while preparing your project.
Only if the application running on it supports that function. A touchscreen provides the means to interact with the content; it does not supply a lead-capture system by itself. If collecting contact details is part of your plan, tell us which software you intend to use. We’ll account for its device and connection requirements when planning the display setup.
Request a Layout for Your Interactive Screens
Share your show, city, dates, booth size and budget range, plus a short description of the product demonstration. Include any existing demo content or device requirements. We’ll recommend an interactive display layout and prepare an itemized rental quote showing the equipment, booth work and services included.
