Position reserve stock and approved cold or ambient storage around the replenishment plan.
Give staff enough working clearance to prepare or hand off samples without blocking the aisle.
Keep retail packs, product distinctions and concise commercial information beside the tasting experience.
Move qualified buyers toward a standing counter or meeting table for assortment, channel and next-step questions.
Plan the Rental Booth Around the Product Condition
Chilled or Frozen Dairy Products
Start with reserve-stock volume, serving temperature, package dimensions, replenishment frequency and every powered unit. The layout can then separate cold hold, sample handoff and buyer-facing pack display.
Deli and Prepared Foods
Map preparation, utensils, handoff, waste and cleaning before the counters are sized. Confirm water, drainage, electrical, ventilation, fire-safety and food-service requirements with the parties responsible for approval and ordering.
Bakery and Shelf-Stable Products
Use open tasting points and visible retail packaging while keeping cartons, giveaway bags and staff supplies out of the buyer route. Product information should answer the next commercial question without turning the booth into a wall of text.
Front-of-House Equipment or Service Solutions
Provide the equipment dimensions, weight, operating clearance, utilities and demonstration sequence. The booth can then frame the working feature, technical explanation and follow-up discussion as separate but connected moments.
What the IDDBA Exhibit Proposal Can Cover
King Exhibits can quote the rental structure, branded walls, counters, flooring, storage and selected display components defined for the approved concept. Confirmed custom elements, graphic production, packing, freight coordination, installation and dismantling can be included when they are expressly listed in the accepted proposal. Product, consumables, sampling staff, food-safety control, permits, cold-chain responsibility, organizer forms, utilities and official services remain with the named responsible party unless the proposal states otherwise.
Connect Four Operations Without Crossing the Buyer Path
Place back stock where staff can replenish it without carrying cartons through the conversation area.
Size the working counter from the actual preparation and serving sequence, not from appearance alone.
Keep the retail pack, format, key distinction and commercial materials visible when a buyer tastes the product.
Provide a clear next position for assortment, distribution, foodservice, private-label or equipment discussions.
Separate Organizer Storage from In-Booth Refrigeration
IDDBA’s current 2027 materials describe one refrigerated or frozen storage pallet per exhibiting company, with delivery fees applying when product is moved from storage to the booth. That allowance should not be treated as an in-booth refrigerator, freezer or temperature-control promise. If product must stay cold at the counter, send the equipment specifications and operating plan. King Exhibits can reserve approved equipment space and access in the layout; the responsible parties must confirm cold-chain control, utilities, orders and show rules.

Make the New Product Story Continue Inside the Booth
The official prospectus identifies a New Product Showcase for eligible submissions. If your team plans to participate, the showcase pack, message and follow-up route should be consistent with what buyers find at your exhibit. King Exhibits can align product display, graphics and the buyer-conversation zone around the approved launch story. The exhibitor remains responsible for submission, eligibility, acceptance, delivery and every current showcase instruction; booth rental does not include or guarantee showcase participation.
Confirm Who and What the Booth Represents
Current IDDBA exhibit materials limit eligible displays and set rules for co-exhibiting companies and non-exhibiting manufacturers. Send the legal exhibitor name, represented brands, product ownership or distribution relationship and any co-exhibitor plan before graphics and product claims are released. King Exhibits can organize the approved names and assortments within the design, but the exhibitor must obtain IDDBA confirmation when eligibility or representation is unclear. This check prevents a late graphic or product-display change from reaching production.

Turn the Product Operation into a Buildable Scope

Food exhibits fail when the drawing shows counters but not how product reaches them. King Exhibits starts with the items that affect the build: package and equipment dimensions, reserve-stock volume, staff movement, graphics, serving access, storage and buyer conversations. Those inputs become an approved presentation and a written proposal for the rental components and requested services. Open organizer orders and third-party responsibilities stay visible instead of being hidden inside a generic “turnkey” promise.
Five Checks Before the 2027 Design Is Released

Confirm the assigned footprint, open sides, neighboring conditions and any island or inline restrictions.

Confirm the exhibiting company, represented brands, products and any co-exhibitor arrangement with IDDBA.

Lock the sample method, reserve-stock plan, equipment, waste, cleaning and staff responsibilities.

Recheck the 2027 Exhibitor Service Kit when released, then assign utilities, material handling, labor and other official orders.

Approve final dimensions, graphics, equipment data, deadlines, freight plan and written scope before production.
Plan the IDDBA Booth in Four Decisions
You send the product formats, target buyers, key commercial discussion and intended sample or demonstration.
We place reserve stock, working positions, package proof and buyer conversation around the confirmed booth footprint.
Together we identify rental components, selected custom work, official services, utilities, food handling, cold chain, labor, freight and approvals.
Final drawings, graphics, equipment data, deadlines and the accepted proposal become the control set for production and show-floor coordination.
Yes, when the sample method complies with current organizer, venue and applicable food-service rules. Send the product condition, preparation steps, serving volume, equipment and consumables. The responsible exhibitor or service provider must handle product safety, permits and serving staff unless a signed proposal specifically assigns another scope.
No. The current official material describes a storage pallet per exhibiting company and delivery from storage to the booth; it does not promise an in-booth refrigerator or freezer. Any counter-side refrigeration needs its own equipment, utility, access and responsibility plan.
Yes, after you provide the model, dimensions, weight, electrical load, heat output, water or drainage needs and operating clearance. The layout can reserve approved space and service access, while the named parties place official orders and obtain required approvals.
Only when the arrangement complies with current IDDBA eligibility and representation rules. Confirm the legal exhibitor, every represented brand and any co-exhibitor before the graphics are approved. Ask IDDBA for a ruling when the relationship is unclear.
Yes. We can keep the product pack, launch message and follow-up conversation consistent inside the booth. The exhibitor handles submission, eligibility, acceptance and delivery; rental booth services do not include or guarantee a showcase position.
The responsibility must be assigned in writing. King Exhibits can identify the services implied by the approved layout and can coordinate items expressly included in the proposal. Organizer forms, payments, deadlines and third-party services not listed in that proposal remain outside our scope.
Send the show year, assigned space, product and package list, sampling or demonstration plan, equipment specifications, utilities, storage, meeting needs, graphics, budget range, required services, deadlines and any organizer documents already available.
