Repeat the launch item's exact name, use case and visual cue so a buyer or journalist who saw it elsewhere can locate the right product and specialist.
Create a controlled way to handle a reel, compare a rod family, inspect lure action, operate electronics or understand how an accessory fits the fishing workflow.
Move from the hero item into assortment, packaging, distribution, merchandising, training and availability with the samples and information the channel conversation requires.
Give qualified visitors a clear path to a scheduled meeting, sample follow-up, technical review or post-show sales action instead of ending at a badge scan.
Choose the Display Logic for the Fishing Product
Rods, Reels and Terminal Tackle
Organize long products, working mechanisms, hooks, line and small components by fishing application or buyer comparison while protecting products and visitors.
Lures, Baits and Accessories
Make small differences visible through disciplined grouping, close-view presentation and a reset plan that keeps the launch range complete throughout the day.
Marine Electronics and Powered Products
Coordinate screen sightlines, device security, power/data, cable routes, software start states and the specialist needed for a credible technical demonstration.
Apparel, Kayak and Boat Accessories
Show fit, material, attachment and use context without allowing large products or broad assortments to consume the path needed for meetings and circulation.
Build for a Trade Buying Cycle, Not a Store Aisle
ICAST brings product launches, retailer and distributor conversations, media attention and technical demonstrations into the same program. A visitor may first notice an item in the New Product Showcase, evaluate it in your booth and, when the exhibitor is separately participating, encounter a practical demonstration at On the Water. Each touchpoint has a different operating job.
King Exhibits develops the indoor rental exhibit around the confirmed product range, visitor movement, graphics, demonstrations, storage and meetings. If New Product Showcase or On the Water assets affect the booth program, we record those dependencies separately rather than treating every location and submission as one undivided service.
The proposal states which design, rental, custom-fabrication, graphics, packing, freight-coordination and onsite tasks King will perform. Official program entries, product claims, product-operation supervision, official services, venue approvals and exhibitor-owned equipment remain separate unless the accepted scope expressly assigns them.
Give Each ICAST Visitor the Proof They Came For
Lead from the featured item into assortment, packaging, merchandising, launch support and the information needed to evaluate shelf or online placement.
Provide product-family logic, territories or channel discussion space, supply information and a practical follow-up record for the team responsible.
Make the launch name, key difference, demonstration point and spokesperson easy to identify without forcing a reporter to decode the whole booth.
Support a closer technical conversation about use conditions, setup, compatibility, maintenance and product selection with the right samples at hand.
Create a defined meeting point for integration, co-marketing, licensing, service or other business discussions that should not block the product-demo path.
Carry the Launch Name Back to the Booth
List each showcase entry exactly as buyers and media will see it, then repeat that name, category and visual cue in the booth. Decide where the product can be handled, who can explain it and what the next action should be. The showcase entry and booth remain separate program elements, but their product story should connect. This prevents a strong launch from becoming hard to locate once a visitor reaches the exhibit floor.

Draw the Complete Demonstration Envelope
Record the user position, rod or arm movement, hook and line controls, water or screen interaction, staff position, reset point and spectator line. Keep the activity and its audience inside the assigned booth rather than borrowing the aisle. The real envelope determines wall position, display height, cable routes, product protection and staff supervision. Test the sequence with the actual equipment before production is released, including left- and right-handed use when it changes clearance.
Control Every Sample with a Product Register
Give each rod, reel, lure group, electronic device, garment range and accessory a stable name in the exhibit record. Mark display position, support method, power or charging need, security level, demonstration role, backup quantity and packing destination. Staff can then replenish the correct item and notice a missing component without guessing. The same register also helps us review custom supports, graphic labels and pack-out before the exhibit leaves production.

Use One Product Record from 3D Plan to Pack-Out

King Exhibits can map the confirmed fishing products into the 3D design, then use the same item names when reviewing supports, graphics, storage and packing. That continuity matters when small tackle, long rods, powered devices and launch samples require different handling.
Our Las Vegas production capability supports rental architecture, custom fabrication, graphics and product-specific interfaces for accepted U.S. exhibit scopes. Pre-build and quality checks are used when applicable to the quoted project. The proposal identifies what King supplies, what the exhibitor supplies and which official services or approvals remain outside our direct control.
Confirm the Current ICAST Conditions Before Production

Verify the current exhibitor eligibility, ASA membership, badge and attendance conditions. Plan the booth for business development and lead follow-up; the current prospectus prohibits retail sales on the show floor.

Confirm whether the exhibitor has separately entered either program, which products are assigned and who owns submission, transport, staffing and return-to-booth responsibilities.

Use the assigned booth type and current display rules for height, sightlines, structural drawings, demonstration boundaries, sound and crowd control before approving the design.

Confirm current flooring, COI, EAC, freight/material handling, electrical, internet, rigging, labor, food-and-beverage and deadline requirements with the responsible official providers.
Take the Fishing Product from Launch List to Exhibit
Provide the show year, booth assignment, product register, showcase entries, On the Water plan, demonstrations, meetings, graphics, utilities, freight, budget and onsite scope.
We organize product discovery, hands-on evaluation, line review, storage and follow-up around the confirmed visitor groups.
Approve product positions, demonstration envelopes, custom interfaces, graphics, meeting areas and who handles each required task.
Finalize equipment, files, official approvals, service orders, schedules and delivery information owned by each party.
King checks the quoted rental and custom elements against the approved item names and destination record.
King completes its contracted scope while the exhibitor’s specialists supervise products, demonstrations and customer-owned systems.
One product strategy can connect them, but they are separate program elements with different entry, asset, location, staffing and service requirements. We record those boundaries in the project brief and quote.
It can be designed when the assigned footprint, complete movement envelope, containment, supervision, sound and current show rules support the activity. Send the actual equipment and operating sequence before design release.
Not by default. The exhibitor owns official entries and program reservations unless an accepted proposal assigns a specific coordination task to King. The organizer’s current submission rules still control.
The current official exhibitor prospectus prohibits retail sales on the show floor. Plan for buyer meetings, leads and post-show orders, then recheck the current-year rule before upload and again before the event.
Send the show year, assigned size and configuration, product register, launch entries, demonstrations, meetings, graphics, screens, power/data, storage, security, freight plan, budget and the onsite work you want quoted.
