Inputs for an I-X Center Booth
Send the show objective and product plan together:
• Event, hall section and booth dimensions
• Visitor type and intended sales action
• Vehicles, equipment, samples and comparisons
• Distance view, aisle view and graphics
• Product access, services and staff capacity
• Budget, approvals and requested field scope
Win the Long View, Then Help the Visitor Make Progress
The I-X Center’s scale can reward a visible landmark, especially when neighboring exhibits include vehicles, boats, equipment or large feature displays. Visibility is only the first job. King Exhibits plans what happens as the visitor approaches: which product category becomes clear, which comparison earns attention and which action gives the visit commercial value. Large products receive enough inspection space without consuming every conversation area. Smaller offers gain credible framing instead of decorative bulk. Staff capacity, storage and lead handling reflect the event’s traffic pattern. The approved design also accounts for product move-in, current provider responsibilities and the services needed to operate the experience on the floor.
Use One Landmark, One Category Signal and One Promise
From a distant aisle, visitors cannot process a full product catalog. Choose a recognizable brand form or color, name the category and state the strongest reason to enter. King Exhibits can carry those three elements through the architecture and primary graphic while quieter details serve the closer view. The booth remains memorable without becoming a billboard collision. This is especially useful on a large I-X floor where attendees may decide which section to visit before they can read specifications or recognize individual products.

Arrange Products in the Order Buyers Compare Them
Do not place models only by size or visual symmetry. Identify the buyer’s first dividing question—application, capacity, price level, configuration, ownership cost or performance—and organize the display around it. Graphics can introduce the choice, while samples, vehicles or equipment provide the evidence. King Exhibits develops the viewing angles, labels, lighting and consultation points around that sequence. Staff can then guide the buyer from broad fit to a recommendation without walking backward through an arbitrary product lineup.
Choose the Conversion before Planning the Counter
An I-X event may support direct sales, dealer leads, project consultations, demonstrations or longer B2B follow-up. Select the primary action and build the staff station around it. A retail order needs product and payment flow; a project lead needs application details and an appointment; a dealer discussion needs territory and volume questions. King Exhibits can provide the physical reception, device position, document storage and meeting capacity. The client defines its sales system, offer, permissions and follow-up ownership.

Move the Vehicle or Equipment before Closing the Display
The I-X Center publishes street-level drive-in capability and offers drive-in passes through its exhibitor portal. The current event still controls access, product approval, floor location, handling and fire requirements. Record the equipment dimensions and route, then sequence flooring, product placement, booth assembly and utility connection. King Exhibits can prepare surrounding components around the approved position. This prevents a wall, raised floor or counter from blocking the movement path for the item that gives the exhibit its strongest selling power.
Senzani — 20×30 Exhibit at PACK EXPO 2025
Senzani’s completed 20×30 exhibit is a verified King Exhibits reference for machinery presentation, product access and focused buyer discussion. It was not installed at the I-X Center. Buyers can use it to assess production finish and the relationship between equipment and branded architecture. A Cleveland project would receive its own distance-visibility, comparison, drive-in, service and sales-conversion plan under the current event requirements and accepted written scope.

Large-Scale Architecture Still Serves a Specific Buying Task

King Exhibits has supported U.S. exhibit projects since 2008. Las Vegas-based production support combines 3D design, rental preparation, custom graphics, CNC work and wood fabrication. A high graphic, product frame, comparison fixture, counter or storage detail can be developed from the same approved sales plan instead of assembled as unrelated features. Important assemblies may be checked before packing when included in scope. Freight coordination, installation and dismantling, audiovisual support and storage apply only when accepted in writing. Venue and show-controlled work remains subject to current official requirements.
Take the Visitor from Recognition to a Real Decision
The hall-scale signal earns the approach; the product experience earns the commercial next step.
Choose the visitor, product decision, sales action and information the team must capture.
Plan the distance landmark, aisle promise, product comparison and staff conversation in order.
Confirm dimensions, access, placement, services, approvals and the installation sequence.
Release components, graphics, packing and accepted coordination with clear responsibility boundaries.
The venue currently sells drive-in passes and publishes street-level drive-in access, but the live event and exhibitor process control permission, timing and route. Display vehicles and engines also have fire-inspection conditions. Send dimensions, weight, movement method and intended position before design release. King Exhibits can plan the surrounding display, while the exhibitor, venue, contractor and responsible authorities confirm access, operation, protection and approval.
The current I-X exhibitor portal states that free internet is not available on the exhibit floor and warns that cellular service can become unreliable during high attendance. Smart City provides exhibitor internet packages. A demonstration that depends on connectivity should use a suitable ordered service and a tested fallback. King Exhibits can plan device, screen and cable positions, while the assigned party orders and pays for the required network service.
The current portal identifies Edlen for electricity, Smart City for internet, the show’s contracted decorator for labor, equipment and carpeting, and the I-X Center for services including booth cleaning, air, water and natural gas. The live event kit controls the final arrangement. King Exhibits can define booth-side requirements and accepted coordination, but procurement should assign every order, deadline and payment to the responsible provider in writing.
Send the event, hall section, booth dimensions, current exhibitor kit, visitor type, sales action, products, vehicles or equipment, weights, comparison plan, graphics, internet, utilities, storage, staffing, budget and approval date. Identify freight, installation, dismantling or audiovisual support you want evaluated. King Exhibits will develop the visibility, buyer path and physical exhibit, then define accepted deliverables and venue-dependent responsibilities.
