Display Details for Aftermarket Parts
• Open display faces keep component shapes visible from the aisle.
• Grouped shelves separate related parts without hiding the pieces behind them.
• Product labels sit beside their matching samples for quick identification.
• A comparison counter brings two component variants into the same view.
• Enclosed storage keeps spare literature beneath the active display area.
A Rental Exhibit for Your Distributor Conversations
Your HDAW display needs to explain what belongs in a distributor’s range. A valve sample, for example, becomes more useful when its label identifies the application and the nearby graphic explains where it fits within your line. We develop the booth layout around the products you want to discuss, combining a configurable rental exhibit with brand graphics and any agreed custom display elements. Start with the samples that deserve attention; the rest of the range can be introduced through supporting literature or screen content.
Compare Layouts by Aisle Access
Use the open sides on your assigned floor plan to compare these layout directions. A booth’s dimensions alone do not establish whether it is an island or a corner.
A rear display line presents the parts range toward one approach, with a counter set back to leave an inviting entrance.
Two adjoining approaches allow a featured component to face one aisle while a second display introduces the wider range.
Distributed display positions give each approach a product to discover, with storage placed where it does not interrupt views through the booth.
Keep Samples Available During the Product Expo
HDAW combines its Product Expo with separately arranged One-on-One Business Meetings. Under the published 2027 meeting arrangements, those rooms close during expo hours. Keep the samples needed for booth demonstrations within your exhibit, even when a second set is prepared for appointments. A compact comparison surface and accessible literature storage let your team continue product discussions on the floor. This gives the booth a clear job alongside the meeting program: showing the parts in detail.

Connect the Display Drawing to the Build

King Exhibits provides booth design, fabrication and graphic integration within its exhibition service. That combination helps turn your parts presentation into a physical exhibit: the display positions shown in the design also inform the surfaces and graphics prepared for the booth. We review assembly, graphics and finishing before venue delivery. For HDAW, supplying sample measurements early lets us fit the presentation to the component shapes, instead of leaving the parts to compete for leftover counter space.
Prepare the Exhibit and Samples for Handover
We review the booth’s assembly and graphic details before venue delivery. Use that stage to check your approved product names and the relationship between display locations and artwork. Your product team remains the source for application claims and part identification; the booth review checks how that approved information appears in the exhibit.

Our logistics coordination covers the agreed booth movement and installation plan. Identify any customer-supplied parts travelling separately, including their packed dimensions, weights and handling instructions. Keep sample packaging identifiable so the receiving team can distinguish your products from the rental structure and printed display materials. Agree the receiving contact and sample placement responsibilities before dispatch.
Develop Your HDAW Rental Proposal
Send your allocated space, priority parts and budget range. King reviews the presentation requirements and identifies the display work to price. The first output is a proposed layout direction and a list of any missing product details.
Provide the selected samples’ dimensions and approved brand files. We develop the layout and 3D direction, showing the relationship between products, graphics and conversation space. You receive a design to review before the booth specification is settled.
Return design comments together with the current exhibitor instructions. King sets out the rental, custom work and delivery services being offered. The resulting quotation identifies inclusions and any show services that need separate arrangements.
Submit final artwork approval and name the person receiving the booth. We prepare the agreed exhibit, review its key details and coordinate installation. The output is the booth handover, followed by the dismantling and return arrangements specified for your project.
No. HDAW sells the exhibition space and manages supplier registration; King prices the exhibit and services described in its proposal. The organizer’s square-foot space rate is not a price for a finished rental booth. Share your space confirmation when requesting a design, and keep the organizer’s charges in your event budget.
The official meeting rooms are reserved through HDAW’s supplier meeting program. A King booth order does not secure a room or create meeting appointments. Tell us which products will also appear in those meetings so the exhibit design accounts for what stays on the floor and what your team needs elsewhere.
The allocated footprint is only part of the calculation. Display construction, graphics coverage, AV requirements and the work needed to handle your samples also affect the proposal. Booth freight and installation depend on the agreed service and current show instructions. Send the same product list with each quotation request to make comparisons more useful.
Only after the furniture and component have been assessed together. Provide the weight, base dimensions and intended orientation of each substantial sample, plus any requirement for visitors to handle it. The support arrangement must suit that particular object. We do not assign a universal load rating to a counter from its appearance or booth size.
Yes. Select physical samples for the differences visitors need to see or discuss directly, then use approved catalog content to introduce the remaining range. For screen-based presentations, specify the equipment and connection needs at quotation stage. This approach keeps the display focused while letting your team answer questions beyond the samples on view.
State the year as well as the event name. The organizer lists HDAW 2027 for January 18–21 at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine and has announced different host cities for later editions. That distinction affects the delivery plan. Supply the instructions for your booked edition before the design and installation arrangements are finalized.
Bring Your HDAW Parts Display into Focus
Send the floor plan and photographs of the components you want distributors to examine. Add the event year and a budget range for the exhibit. Your brief gives King the starting point for a rental proposal covering the display work and project costs.Request a Parts Display Proposal
