We provide HD Expo + Conference booth rental for hospitality furniture brands that want to show how their pieces belong together. Your chairs, tables and upholstery do the selling; our rental exhibit gives them a setting for hands-on viewing, material comparisons and conversations with designers and purchasing teams.
Our trade show booth rental service includes design, fabrication, transportation, installation and dismantling. We develop the layout around your display priorities and the furniture you plan to bring, rather than treating your products as accessories to a finished booth design.
HD Expo’s 2027 expo hall runs May 4–5 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, with pre-conference education on May 3. If your team needs both product viewing and project meetings during those two show-floor days, we can plan space for each in the same exhibit.

Your team may still be choosing upholstery or deciding which table sizes to exhibit when booth planning begins. Our dedicated project manager brings those decisions into the design discussion and carries the agreed booth requirements through fabrication, transportation and installation. You have a contact for the exhibit work while your product and sales teams prepare the collection and the conversations around it.
Our design team works from your furniture dimensions and display priorities to plan the surrounding exhibit. If a featured piece changes, we review what that means for the layout and any affected booth work before proceeding. The proposal sets out the services we will deliver, so your team can assess the booth alongside its separate product shipment and show-service arrangements.
HD Expo Booth Rental Questions: Furniture, Costs and Planning
Yes. We can design the rental exhibit around the furniture you bring. Photos and dimensions help us allow for using each piece, including pulling out chairs or opening drawers. We will confirm how your products fit with the rented exhibit and clarify responsibility for their shipment, unpacking and placement before those tasks become part of the agreed work.
No. Our booth proposal identifies the design, build and delivery services included in our price. Exhibit space, your furniture shipment and organizer or venue services need separate review. Electrical and internet services, for example, should not be assumed to be part of the booth rental. We will clarify the quoted work so you can compare proposals on the same basis.
We can discuss finishes that work with your collection as part of the custom design. Physical upholstery and finish samples are more useful for that conversation than a screen image alone. A rendering helps you review the arrangement and overall appearance; it should not be treated as a guarantee of an exact color match under show lighting.
We can start with the pieces you are considering, their approximate dimensions and the collection you most want to feature. Our team will identify which selections affect the layout and need to be settled before production. If the product list changes after approval, we will review the effect on the booth work, price and timing with you.
No. King Exhibits is an independent booth rental supplier. You book exhibit space through the organizer, and your participation remains subject to the show’s requirements. We handle the exhibit services agreed in our proposal. When planning for 2027, we will use the applicable exhibitor information rather than assume that an earlier edition’s forms, service arrangements or deadlines still apply.
