GSX Exhibit Formats for Different Security Offers

Integrated Security Command Experience

Use one incident or operating condition to connect cameras, alarms, access events, maps, communications, and response actions. Send the device list, screen feeds, sample data, operator sequence, network dependencies, latency assumptions, and offline fallback. The visitor should understand what changes on the screen and what the operator does next without requiring a long presentation at the aisle.

Access and Identity Workflow Demonstration

Plan the route from credential or identity check to reader, door or gate response, exception handling, audit output, and reset. Record moving parts, door swing or gate footprint, power, wiring, account permissions, badges or sample credentials, and the visitor boundary. If a live physical access point is impractical, a tabletop device, controlled portal, and visible event log can preserve the evaluation sequence.

Surveillance and Detection Proof Station

Define the camera or sensor position, field of view, target condition, lighting, processing device, analytics event, notification, display, and reset. A useful station lets the evaluator connect the physical scene to the digital output. Keep public demo imagery, customer footage, facial or identity data, and unreleased features within the permissions established by your legal and technical owners.

Cybersecurity and Risk Briefing Environment

Give the walk-up visitor one clear workflow: an alert, exposure, authentication event, investigation, response, or reporting result. Use a prepared account, sanitized data, known connectivity requirement, screen sequence, session length, and offline capture. Place architecture, integration, managed-service, contract, or executive-risk discussions away from the repeatable demonstration so one long conversation does not stop the next visitor.

A GSX Rental Exhibit Built for More Than One Security Decision

Global Security Exchange (GSX) brings security leaders and practitioners together across physical and cyber disciplines. The person who approves a security strategy does not inspect the same evidence as the person who operates a console, tests an integration, manages a channel, or compares a purchase. A generic wall of product names makes those different evaluations compete for the same attention.King Exhibits starts with the scenario, product interfaces, proof, buyer roles, staff handoffs, storage, and meeting needs. The 3D plan can place a repeatable public demonstration at the visible edge, product inspection and technical review behind it, and controlled conversations where the team’s privacy and recording rules can be respected. The written scope distinguishes rental and custom exhibit elements, graphics, transport, installation, dismantling, and other accepted King work from exhibitor-supplied products and technical commissioning. Electrical, network, rigging, freight, labor, AV, cleaning, insurance, and other show-controlled items remain tied to current official instructions and orders.

Give Each Security Decision-Maker a Useful Route

Security Executives and Risk Leaders

Begin with the risk, business exposure, or operational consequence. Give leadership a concise view of the proposed control and a place to discuss governance, resilience, deployment priorities, and decision criteria without forcing them through every technical detail.

Security Operations Practitioners

Let operators see the alert, verification, response, exception, handoff, or reporting task. Keep screen visibility, control position, repeat time, staffing, and reset practical enough to run the same demonstration throughout the hall schedule.

Integrators and Technical Evaluators

Make interfaces available for inspection: devices, protocols, data flow, permissions, network assumptions, logs, APIs, and fallback behavior. Route longer architecture or compatibility questions away from the main demo station.

Channel, Procurement, and Project Teams

Connect the product proof to packaging, deployment, training, support, service boundaries, rollout, budget, and next review. The booth should help them identify what is included and what still requires technical or commercial confirmation.

Build One Repeatable Demonstration Cycle

Define the trigger, product action, visible output, staff explanation, visitor question, and reset as one short cycle. List every device, cable, account, data source, screen, prop, and person needed to repeat it. Give the presenter a known offline fallback when the network, cloud service, or live feed is unavailable. The layout should keep the next group clear of the active station while technical questions move to a separate review point.

Protect Sensitive Conversations Without Hiding the Product

Keep the public proof easy to see, then move architecture diagrams, customer scenarios, unreleased functions, and deployment discussions into a controlled area. Decide which screens face the aisle, which information uses sanitized data, and where no-photo or permission boundaries begin. GSX policies require consent for professional photography or video of booths and people, so the design should support your own review process without implying that a wall or sign alone guarantees confidentiality.

Put Official Service Orders on the Same Plan

Show every utility and show-service interface on the drawing even when King does not sell that service. For GSX 2026, current official sources assign exhibit services to Freeman, electrical and related in-house utilities to Edlen, and internet or telephone to CCLD Networks. Record the ordering party, location, specification, deadline, and approval for each item. King’s proposal should cover only accepted King work; official orders and exhibitor technical duties stay separately controlled.

WHY KING EXHIBITS

Carry the Security Brief from 3D Review into the Physical Booth

GSX booth rental – exhibit design review with the project manager
GSX booth rental – pre-show build check before the booth ships

King Exhibits uses the same project record to connect product positions, equipment interfaces, demo cycles, staff handoffs, controlled meetings, storage, graphics, and show-service locations. Sales, technical, event, procurement, and approval owners can review the plan before changes become production or onsite problems.Confirmed capabilities include booth design, 3D visualization, rental exhibits, custom fabrication, graphics, transportation, installation and dismantling. LED/AV and storage can be included when accepted in the project scope. CNC and wood fabrication can support quoted counters, device surrounds, equipment bases, enclosures, and product openings built from approved information.Pre-build and quality-control steps depend on the project range. Staging, loading, and material preparation connect accepted components to the show plan. For Atlanta projects, execution resources, scheduling, venue interfaces, and onsite scope must be confirmed for the actual event; the page does not assume a local King team or that every service is self-performed.

What affects the cost of a GSX booth rental?

The assigned footprint, open sides, structural and finish choices, custom fabrication, graphics, lighting, furniture, mounted products, AV, transportation, installation, dismantling, schedule, storage, and requested project services can change King’s quote. Electrical, internet, rigging, freight, material handling, cleaning, insurance, and other official charges are controlled separately. Send the booth and technical brief for a project-specific written scope rather than relying on a generic price.

Can the booth support live cameras, access control, sensors, or software demos?

Yes, when the products, loads, interfaces, utilities, operating sequence, permissions, visitor boundary, reset, fallback, and current show requirements are defined. King can place the approved equipment and demo route in the exhibit plan. Your technical team remains responsible for product operation, accounts, data, integration, commissioning, and the accuracy of performance or compliance claims.

Is a rental exhibit or a custom build better for GSX?

It depends on the footprint, brand expression, product integration, structural needs, budget, schedule, and intended reuse. Rental systems can provide an efficient base; purpose-built elements may solve specific mounts, surrounds, enclosures, meeting needs, or visual forms. King can combine them in the proposal after reviewing the actual security products and booth assignment.

Does King provide the official GSX and GWCC services?

No. GSX currently names official and in-house providers for services such as freight, labor, rigging, cleaning, AV, electrical, internet, plumbing, and catering. King can coordinate exhibit interfaces when included in the accepted scope, but the responsible party must place each required official order. Current providers, forms, prices, and deadlines must be checked in the exhibitor resources before release.

Can the layout support private or recording-restricted conversations?

Yes, the plan can separate an open product proof from controlled technical or executive discussions and can orient screens away from the aisle. Send your privacy, data, access, and recording rules. GSX’s current terms require permission for professional photography or video involving booths and people, but final confidentiality and compliance controls remain the exhibitor’s responsibility.

When and where is GSX 2026?

The organizer currently lists GSX 2026 for September 14–16 at Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Georgia. These facts are dynamic. Recheck them before publishing this page or committing travel, shipping, labor, utilities, service orders, and onsite schedules.

When should we start planning the GSX exhibit?

Start when the booth assignment, priority offer, products, buyer roles, and internal approval owners are known. The practical schedule depends on the footprint, custom work, technical inputs, artwork, approvals, official-service deadlines, and current production and show conditions. King should confirm feasibility from the live project record; this page does not promise a fixed lead time.

What should we send for a GSX booth proposal?

Send the event edition, booth number, floor-plan position, dimensions, open sides, product list, equipment sizes and weights, mounted loads, demonstration sequence, power and network needs, screens, data/privacy controls, target buyers, staffing, meetings, storage, brand files, budget, deadline, approval owners, and the exhibit or onsite services you want King to quote.
