Before you book a Dreamforce rental booth
Only if your sponsor package and the event requirements allow the proposed changes. Send us the package details and booth guidelines first. We will review what is already provided and identify where our design and rental services can help. This avoids proposing a complete replacement when you only need permitted additions. Any required organizer approval must be in place before the build proceeds.
Internet is a separate service to confirm for your booth. Moscone Facility Services is the venue’s exclusive internet and telecommunications provider. We account for your screen and counter locations in the physical layout; your technical team should confirm the connection needed for the demonstration and check what the sponsor package supplies. The rental proposal will distinguish our booth work from services ordered through the venue.
Running your software demonstration remains with your team. Our work covers the physical booth and the display arrangement agreed for the project. We can discuss screen placement, equipment space and access with your demo lead during design. Your team supplies and operates its software, accounts and demo content, so the people presenting are familiar with the setup they will use.
Your booth footprint, permitted customization and display requirements determine the rental cost. The quote will identify the agreed booth design, fabrication, graphics, shipping, installation and dismantling work. Sponsorship, space fees and venue services should be checked separately against your event package and our quoted scope. If your team changes the design or adds equipment later, we will review the effect on the proposal before proceeding.
