Buy the Booth and Its Show Services as One Visible Projec
Donald E. Stephens Convention Center offers 840,000 square feet of flexible exhibition space and on-site Rosemont Exposition Services. A custom exhibitor may still need King Exhibits, RES, the organizer, a carrier and client teams to contribute different parts. The risk is not the number of suppliers; it is an unowned interface between them. King Exhibits starts with the visitor experience and buildable booth, then marks the external services required to deliver it. The quotation identifies rental components, custom production, graphics, packing and accepted field support. Current show forms identify the responsible utilities, labor, freight and venue services. Procurement can assemble the complete cost and schedule, while marketing protects the product presentation and conversations that justified the exhibit investment.
Mark Every Handoff on the Booth Plan
List the party responsible for exhibit production, carrier booking, material handling, installation labor, electrical, internet, audiovisual, rigging, cleaning and outbound release. Then connect each service to the drawing or product it affects. King Exhibits can show access points, equipment loads and component responsibilities within the booth record. Current RES and show materials determine their own orders. A named handoff prevents a screen mount, powered machine or hanging sign from reaching move-in with each supplier assuming another team owns the final connection.

Compare Scope Before Comparing Totals
One proposal may include custom graphics and packing while another shows only rental structure. A venue service order may contain labor or equipment that appears similar but performs a different role. Build a comparison around delivered functions: brand identification, product support, storage, freight, installation, utilities and closeout. King Exhibits states the accepted production and field scope so procurement can place outside orders beside it. This allows the buyer to remove real duplication without cutting a feature simply because its owner was not obvious in the first estimate.
Prepare Freight for the Show-Service Chain
The official venue page lists seven drive-in freight doors and sixteen depressed docks, but the current event manual controls the route, labels, deadlines and material handling. Confirm advance warehouse or direct-to-show instructions before dispatch. King Exhibits can identify packed pieces and prepare labels within its scope so the carrier and show service receive a shipment that corresponds to the build record. Outbound carrier arrangements and release details should be closed before the show opens, reducing the chance that dismantled freight remains without a clear next destination.

Keep the Buyer Experience Above the Service Detail
A detailed service plan matters only because it protects the live exhibit. Define what the target visitor should recognize, inspect, discuss and do next before ordering components. King Exhibits organizes products, messages, demonstrations and meetings around that progression, then uses the responsibility map to make it executable. The project does not become a freight and labor exercise with a brand added later. Technical decisions remain connected to the sales purpose, giving every supplier a clearer reason for the location and deadline behind its work.
Senzani — 20×30 Exhibit at PACK EXPO 2025
Senzani’s completed 20×30 exhibit provides a verified King Exhibits reference for product integration, branded fabrication and practical staff space. It was not installed at Donald E. Stephens Convention Center and does not represent a Rosemont service arrangement. Buyers can use it to evaluate production finish and functional planning. The Rosemont booth will be developed from the current hall, product, visitor goals, RES and show interfaces, and accepted scope.

One Production Record Can Support Several Partners

King Exhibits has supported U.S. exhibit projects since 2008. Our Las Vegas-based production support connects 3D design, rental preparation, custom graphics, CNC work and wood fabrication. Products, access panels, screens, utilities and packed pieces can share consistent references in the working record. Important assemblies may be checked before packing when included in the scope. This does not replace RES or show-service documents; it gives the client and each responsible partner a clearer description of the physical exhibit their work must support.
Close the Exhibit and Service Scope Before Move-In
Each supplier receives an owner, input and deadline connected to the approved booth.
Share the audience, products, interactions, current hall, reusable assets, budget and decision schedule.
Assign exhibit, client, RES, organizer, carrier and venue responsibilities beside the affected components and services.
Close drawings, graphics, equipment, freight, labor, utilities, rigging, internet and every related submission date.
Production, packing and accepted field work follow the approved booth; external services follow current show instructions.
King Exhibits can provide 3D design, rental preparation, custom graphics, fabrication, packing and the freight or field support accepted in our quotation. Rosemont Exposition Services provides on-site exposition services and event-specific order forms at the venue. Exact responsibilities depend on the current show. We identify the interfaces so buyers can place RES, organizer and venue orders beside the King Exhibits scope without assuming they are included twice.
The answer depends on the current show manual, EAC requirements, labor rules and venue procedures. Send those documents before field work is assigned. King Exhibits can design and produce the exhibit and define requested support in its quotation. Any external contractor authorization, insurance, supervision, labor jurisdiction or on-site restriction must be confirmed through the organizer, RES and venue for the specific event.
Follow the current show manual. Many events provide both advance-warehouse and direct-to-show routes with different labels, deadlines and handling. King Exhibits can prepare identified packed pieces and labels when included in the project, but the exhibitor or freight owner must confirm the selected address, carrier timing, material-handling order and outbound release. Do not use the venue address alone as a shipping instruction.
Send the show dates, hall, booth plan, audience, products, screens, demonstrations, meetings, reusable assets, graphics, freight route, installation needs, utilities, rigging, internet, RES or organizer forms, budget, approval dates and decision owners. King Exhibits uses the complete record to design the booth, define production and agreed field support, and identify outside services that procurement must carry separately.
