Bring Your Instruments and Engineers into One Booth Plan
DesignCon brings chip, board and systems design engineers to Santa Clara Convention Center. For your test and measurement team, the booth needs to accommodate working instruments as well as the people explaining them. We develop rental layouts around the equipment you plan to bring, the demonstrations you want to run and your booked floor space.
Your dedicated King Exhibits project manager brings feedback from your marketing and technical teams into the booth design, then coordinates the agreed production and delivery work. You get a single contact for exhibit decisions while your engineers prepare the demonstrations. The rental project can cover graphics, transportation, installation and dismantling alongside the booth itself.
Give Each Instrument a Usable Demo Counter
An instrument can fit on a counter and still leave too little room for the board under test, its cables or your engineer. We review equipment dimensions, weight and connection needs before proposing counter sizes and positions. The layout also accounts for where visitors will stand and which screen they need to see. Share an equipment list or a photo of your working demo; we will use it to develop the booth arrangement.
What Goes into Your DesignCon Booth Rental Cost?
Your booth budget needs to account for more than the display structure. We set out the rental design, graphics, transportation and installation work included in our proposal, together with dismantling. Show space, electrical service, internet and other organizer or venue charges need to be identified separately. Once we understand the equipment and services your demo requires, we can discuss the booth options against your budget without treating a bare structure price as the complete project cost.
Approve the Exhibit Before We Build
We develop the booth with your team before moving it into production.
Share your show year, booth size, equipment overview and budget range. We review the brief and identify the details needed to propose a layout.
We prepare a 3D booth design and service proposal for your review. Your team checks the equipment arrangement and branding; we resolve the changes with you before approval.
After you approve the design and scope, we coordinate fabrication, transport and installation to the agreed schedule, followed by dismantling. Your project manager remains the contact for booth delivery questions.
Before You Request a DesignCon Rental Quote
No. You reserve exhibit space directly with the DesignCon organizer. Our service is the design and rental of the exhibit that goes into that space, with the agreed production and delivery services. Once you have a booth assignment or proposed dimensions, we can discuss a layout. A rental inquiry with us does not reserve space at the show.
No. Your team supplies and operates its test equipment. We plan the exhibit around that equipment and discuss the required counter space, screen placement and cable access. Any electrical or internet services needed for a live demonstration must be confirmed separately. Booth design and installation do not include a guarantee of instrument performance or network availability.
Start once you can describe the demonstration and your expected booth size. We can review those inputs before every graphic is ready. Send your show year and any organizer deadlines you have; we will check the available schedule and identify the approvals needed. Production and delivery dates are agreed for your project, rather than assumed from the expo opening date.
