Agree when your technical team needs access to the installed counters and displays. Using the current exhibitor instructions, we schedule the quoted booth transport and site work around that handoff. After DAC, the dismantling plan identifies which rental items return and where your retained materials go next.
The footprint, number of demonstration stations, custom counters, graphics, AV and meeting space all affect the quote. Delivery and installation requirements also matter. Tell us which equipment you are bringing and which items need to be supplied; that allows the proposal to distinguish the booth build from your own technical equipment and separately ordered show services.
No. Book the exhibit space through DAC’s official exhibits team. Our proposal covers the rental exhibit and the services listed in it. DAC currently names T3 Expo as its 2027 general contractor and says the exhibitor manual will be available in spring 2027. The current manual and your proposal determine which show services need separate orders and payment.
Yes, provided the display setup and required venue connection are specified for your demo. Tell us whether it runs locally, connects to a remote system or needs a live cloud service. We plan the booth’s AV and equipment positions within our quoted work; your IT team confirms application access and network requirements with the relevant provider. Prepare an approved offline presentation for times when a live demo is unavailable.
A screened meeting area can reduce casual viewing, but it does not guarantee acoustic privacy or confidentiality. Describe the meeting format before choosing an enclosure: its footprint reduces the space left for demos. For information that requires a private room, arrange suitable meeting space separately and reserve the booth for conversations appropriate to an exhibition floor.
Yes, as a starting point, subject to the new space allocation, display requirements and the components available for reuse. Send the old drawings and identify which items you own. We review what fits the new footprint and quote the rental pieces, graphics or fabrication needed for the revised booth. Existing screen positions may need to change if the number or format of demonstrations has changed.
