How Much Space Should the Demo Take?
A short AI agent demonstration and a discussion about deployment need different kinds of space. Your booth has to accommodate both without seating taking over the presentation area. We use your booked footprint, the number of simultaneous demos and your meeting plans to work out that balance.
For a demo-led exhibit, we can give the screen and presenter more room while keeping a place for follow-up questions. If scheduled sales meetings drive your CCW program, we can prioritize seating and use a smaller demonstration area. We develop the layout around how your team will actually work and show how the proposed counters, seating and access fit together. Your Customer Contact Week booth rental quote follows that agreed configuration.
Keep Booth Delivery Off Your Demo Team’s To-Do List

Your presenters need to prepare the product demonstration. We handle the exhibit work: design, fabrication, graphics, transport, installation and dismantling within the agreed rental scope. Your dedicated project manager keeps booth changes and approvals connected, so a revised screen location reaches the team preparing the exhibit.
Before venue delivery, we check key assembly, graphics and finishing details. We agree the pre-build checks for your project and the photos or video available for review, giving you a practical way to review the booth beyond the initial design.
Questions About Exhibiting at CCW Las Vegas
Yes, we can plan the physical space for a headset or other audio demonstration around the equipment you intend to use. We review the presenter’s position and the space needed for someone to try it. An open booth is not a soundproof room, so audio equipment and demonstration settings need to suit the surrounding show floor.
Internet should not be assumed to be included. We identify the connectivity needs with your team while planning the exhibit and clarify responsibility for any show-service orders in the proposal. Your software team handles application access, content and demo operation. If the demonstration needs a dedicated connection, that requirement belongs in the initial brief.
No. Renting the physical exhibit from us does not reserve exhibitor space or sponsorship with CCW. Those arrangements are made with the organizer. Our proposal sets out the exhibit work being quoted and identifies any separate venue or official show-service charges, so you can compare the booth cost with the rest of your event budget.
Yes. Send the footprint options you are considering, your budget range and how many demos or meetings you want to run at once. We can discuss the space each approach needs before developing the proposal. Final design and pricing depend on the confirmed space, its open sides and the services selected for your exhibit.
This page covers CCW Las Vegas. The organizer currently lists June 14–17, 2027, at Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. Please include the city and edition in your inquiry, especially if your team also attends another CCW event. That lets us prepare the proposal for the correct location and schedule rather than carry over another edition’s arrangements.
Let’s Work Out Your Demo and Meeting Layout
Include your CCW edition, booth dimensions or space options, and budget range. In the project notes, describe what visitors will try and how many demos or sales conversations need to happen at once. We’ll use that brief to discuss a rental layout and prepare a proposal for your team to review.
