Space for the aircraft, the operator and the conversation
- Static aircraft display positions
- Counters for payloads and controllers
- Screens for software demonstrations
- Meeting space for technical discussions
- Storage planned around your display equipment
Make room for the aircraft and its data
A visitor examining your airframe may also want to see a mapping result, inspect a payload or talk through an inspection workflow. Your booth needs to support that conversation without making the aircraft an obstacle between your team and the screen.
We develop your Commercial UAV Expo booth rental around the equipment you will actually bring. A compact payload display and a full aircraft with its arms extended need different amounts of room. Using your display dimensions and demonstration plans, we arrange the exhibit, operator position and visitor space together. You review the layout before we move into fabrication, with the rental structure, graphics and agreed display features organized around the same plan.

Drone display experience, backed by booth delivery

Our project portfolio includes Paladin Drones at IACP 2025. Ask us to walk through that exhibit when discussing how your aircraft and presentation equipment will fit together.
Your dedicated project manager carries the approved booth design through fabrication, graphics, transport and installation coordination. Before delivery, we review key assembly and finishing details; your team stays responsible for its aircraft and demonstration equipment. The booth work has a clear owner, leaving your product specialists to prepare the presentation they need to give. Dismantling is included when you choose our complete booth service.
Questions before you commit to a UAV exhibit
No. A booth rental does not grant flight permission. Commercial UAV Expo has offered a separate Indoor Airspace program, and any proposed flying activity needs to be checked against the rules for your edition of the show. We can develop the booth around static aircraft, payloads and screen demonstrations while you confirm any flight arrangements with the organizer.
Yes. We start with what you intend to display, including the aircraft in its display position, controllers, payloads and any equipment you already own. Dimensions and weights help us assess the space and support needed. We then show you how those items fit into the rental layout and identify anything that needs a separate support solution before quoting it.
They are not automatically included. Our proposal identifies the booth design, production, transport and installation work being quoted. Booth space and official services need to be accounted for separately unless expressly included. For a software demonstration, we also need to understand the intended power and connection requirements before you compare the complete exhibition budget.
Your team prepares and operates the software and supplies the presentation content. We plan the counter, screen position and surrounding booth space around that demonstration, then confirm which display equipment is included in our proposal. If the presentation depends on internet access, the connection needs separate confirmation; renting the booth does not guarantee that your application will run on the venue network.
Yes. Share the show edition, your booked or proposed footprint, a budget range and the aircraft or payload you expect to feature. Tell us whether the main activity is a static display, a software demonstration or both. We can discuss a layout direction and quotation scope, then refine the proposal as the equipment list and floor plan become available.
What will your team demonstrate at Commercial UAV Expo?
Send us your show edition, booth footprint, budget range and the aircraft or payload you want visitors to see. Add a note about the software you will demonstrate. We’ll review the display requirements and come back with a layout direction and booth quotation scope.
