Rental Exhibits for Cisco Partner Marketing Teams
King Exhibits provides custom booth design and rental services for Cisco partners presenting network management, automation and related software. Your exhibit can bring together branded graphics, demo counters, display screens and space for technical discussions. We work from the activities your team needs to run, then fit the arrangement to your allocated space and budget.
Cisco Live 2027 takes place June 6–10 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. If your team is preparing its exhibit budget, we can discuss an initial design using a proposed footprint. Once your sponsorship package and space details are available, we review what they already provide and develop the booth requirements around them.
Keep Booth Changes Connected to Production

An extra demo station changes more than the drawing. It can affect the graphics, counter positions and space left for your staff. Your King Exhibits project manager connects those design decisions with the team preparing and delivering the booth. You have one contact for the booth work as the project moves through production, shipping, installation and dismantling, while your technical team prepares its software and presentations.
Match the Booth Layout to the Demo Format
A guided walkthrough and a visitor-operated trial use space differently. We’ll develop the counter and screen arrangement around the format you plan to run.
- Engineer-Led Walkthroughs
- Visitor-Operated Trials
- Several Demos at Once
| Walkthrough element | How It Is Planned |
|---|---|
| Engineer operating position | The engineer’s operating position is planned together with the visitor viewing space for a network dashboard or automation workflow. |
| Visitor viewing space | Viewing space is laid out so the dashboard stays visible when someone steps closer to ask a question. |
| Automation workflow display | Network dashboards and automation workflows are presented on a display positioned for both the operator and attending visitors. |
| Nearby conversation area | A nearby conversation area lets another team member continue a detailed discussion while the next demonstration starts. |
| Pace controlled by staff | This arrangement suits a focused presentation where a staff member controls the pace and sequence of the walkthrough. |
| Next demo transition | The plan allows one demonstration to begin while a previous visitor’s technical conversation continues nearby. |
| Trial element | How It Is Laid Out |
|---|---|
| Input device placement | The keyboard, mouse or other input device becomes central to the layout when visitors operate the software themselves. |
| Trial work surface | A work surface is planned at a usable height for someone standing and running the trial software for the first time. |
| Staff assistance position | Room is kept for a staff member to stand alongside and assist a visitor working through the trial. |
| Waiting visitor position | A position is planned for the next visitor to wait without crowding the person currently using the demo. |
| Simultaneous user count | The number of people trying the product at once matters more here than the number of screens alone. |
| Trial content ownership | Your team supplies the trial experience while King Exhibits designs the physical setting around it. |
| Parallel demo need | How It Is Organized |
|---|---|
| Separate product teams | Different product teams can present separate integrations at the same time within clearly identified demo positions. |
| Identified demo stations | The booth is organized into clearly identified demo positions so visitors can tell which solution each station presents. |
| Booth wayfinding graphics | Graphics help visitors find the relevant solution without asking staff which counter covers their integration. |
| Staff circulation space | The plan leaves room for staff to move between stations instead of being boxed in by counters. |
| Follow-Up discussion room | Space for follow-up discussions is kept in the plan alongside the demo stations rather than added afterwards. |
| Allocated footprint limits | If the allocated footprint cannot support every station comfortably, fewer simultaneous demos are discussed before adding counters. |
Cisco Live Rental Questions Before You Commit
No. Booth rental covers the exhibit you use within your event space. Cisco manages sponsorship and participation separately, and its 2027 guidance requires sponsors to have an active partnership in good standing with Cisco. Confirm participation with the organizer. Once you have a sponsorship package or proposed space, we can review the booth design and services you need from King Exhibits.
Yes. We can start from an anticipated footprint, the number of demonstrations and your budget. That gives us a basis for an initial layout and quote. Your final space, open sides and sponsorship package may change the design or what needs to be supplied. We’ll revise the booth proposal around those details before you approve production.
No. Our booth service covers the physical exhibit and the agreed delivery work; your technical team remains responsible for operating its software and demo environment. We plan equipment positions and access with that team. Event internet, electrical services and any specialist technical support need to be identified in the project requirements and quote, rather than assumed to be included in booth rental.
The footprint, number of demo positions, graphics, screen arrangement and installation requirements all affect the quote. A booth supporting several simultaneous demonstrations needs a different plan from one guided presentation. We’ll show what our rental proposal includes and identify services requiring separate pricing. Sponsorship, venue services and later design changes should be considered alongside the exhibit quote when setting your event budget.
How Many Demos Need to Run at Once?
Let us know your expected booth size, simultaneous demo count, whether visitors will operate the software and your working budget. If Cisco has already sent your sponsorship package, include it with your inquiry. We’ll use those details to develop a booth layout and rental quote for your team to review.
