Our Build Show LIVE booth rental service starts with what you are bringing and how your team will present it. We plan the surrounding exhibit so graphics, staff and visitors do not compete for the same space. We also review sample dimensions, weight and any moving parts before proposing display supports. You supply the product knowledge and demonstration samples; we develop the booth layout and identify what the exhibit will need.

No. You reserve exhibition space with the show organizer. King Exhibits supplies the rental exhibit and the services agreed for your project. We use your booth assignment and the Build Show LIVE floor plan to confirm dimensions and open sides. If the assignment is still pending, we can discuss your display needs before developing the final layout.
Yes, we can plan the booth around your own demonstration, subject to its size, weight, operation and the show’s requirements. We need to know what opens, moves or uses power so we can allow for it in the design. Your team operates the product; any special supports or service requirements must be reviewed before the booth is approved.
That depends on the handling equipment required. The show’s published guidance allows exhibitor employees to hand-carry items or use a small two-wheeled dolly. Freight needing a flatbed cart, pallet jack or forklift must be handled by Freeman. We review your sample and packing information when planning delivery, and confirm the applicable arrangements against the current exhibitor instructions.
The footprint, custom display work, graphics, logistics and installation scope all affect the quote. A freestanding sample and a demonstration that needs purpose-built support can require different booth work. We identify what our quote covers and flag separately ordered show services for your budget review. The organizer’s space fee is separate from the exhibit rental.
