With your Black Hat USA booth rental, we coordinate design, graphics and fabrication with the delivery and setup plan, including dismantling after the show. For your Las Vegas exhibit, we work from the space you have booked and the way your team will present. The layout can prioritize a focused demo station or divide a larger footprint between demonstrations and meetings. We confirm the furniture, display equipment and service scope with you before production.

A change to a screen position can affect the counter, graphics and installation plan. Your dedicated King project manager keeps those decisions connected, rather than leaving your marketing team to explain the same change at each stage.
With our Las Vegas production base and connected design, fabrication and show-site services, we carry the approved booth plan through to setup. We review key assembly, graphics and finishing details before delivery. You keep control of your brand and presentation while we coordinate the physical exhibit.
Before You Commit to a Black Hat Booth Rental
Several demo stations need a different mix of counters, screens and furniture from a single-screen presentation space. The structure, graphics and installation work also affect your rental cost. We work through those choices against your budget and identify the services included in our proposal. Organizer, venue and other third-party charges need to be identified separately; a booth rental quote should not be treated as the entire cost of exhibiting.
Internet is not automatically included. We coordinate the physical booth and display arrangement, while the connection must be confirmed with the applicable show or venue service provider. Your technical team remains responsible for the application, accounts and demo data. We can plan counter and screen positions around the equipment you intend to use without promising how the application will run.
Yes. We can plan a separate conversation area and orient a smaller display toward the people in that discussion, subject to your footprint and the show’s booth rules. That is a layout choice, not a guarantee of confidentiality. Your team should select material suitable for display on an open show floor and retain control of its demo accounts.
Black Hat lists July 31–August 5, 2027 at Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. Those are the overall event dates. Send your event year and assigned booth information; we will use the applicable exhibitor schedule when planning delivery and installation. The conference calendar alone does not establish your move-in, Business Hall or dismantling times.
No. Book your space or sponsorship directly with Black Hat; King designs and supplies the exhibit that goes into that space. If your footprint is still under discussion, we can explore a rental design direction, then confirm the layout and quote against the space and exhibitor requirements you receive.
How Many Demos Will Your Team Run at Once?
Include the number of simultaneous demo stations and any meeting needs in your booth brief, along with your Black Hat event year, footprint and budget.
