What We Need to Design the Baltimore Booth

Send the commercial and technical inputs behind the space:
• Hall, booth number and open aisle sides
• Target accounts, visitors and desired next action
• Products, demonstrations and required utility loads
• Meetings, presentations and content responsibilities
• Brand files, reusable assets and storage needs
• Budget, approval date and requested field suppor

Make the Booth the Commercial Center of a Larger Program

Baltimore Convention Center can place the exhibit hall, meeting program and major sessions on different levels. The booth should therefore do more than look finished inside its footprint. It must help the right attendee recognize relevance, understand a product or capability and know how to continue the discussion. King Exhibits starts with target accounts, demonstrations, scheduled meetings and the action expected after each interaction. The 3D design assigns space to visibility, proof, conversation and staff operation in that order. Rental components and custom production are then selected for the approved experience, while utility, connectivity and rigging responsibilities remain tied to current event documents. The result gives marketing a stronger visitor journey and gives procurement a defined exhibit scope rather than disconnected design and service orders.

Design the Handoff Beyond the Exhibit Hall

Level 100 contains the exhibition halls, while meeting rooms and ballroom space sit on upper levels. An exhibitor using more than one part of the program needs a clear transition between them. Decide which discussion belongs in the booth, which requires a scheduled room and what staff will use to move the opportunity forward. A meeting invitation, calendar link or named destination should appear at the point of interest, not after the visitor leaves. King Exhibits shapes the booth around that handoff so the architecture supports the sales process instead of ending it at the aisle.

Build Technical Proof into the Sales Conversation

Build Technical Proof into the Sales Conversation

A powered product or live screen should answer a buying question, not merely add movement. List what the visitor needs to see, who operates the demonstration, how long it takes and what evidence supports the claim. King Exhibits uses those answers to position equipment, viewing distance, presenter access, graphics and cable routes. Current venue information identifies which utility, internet, audiovisual or rigging services must be ordered through responsible providers. Closing that boundary early protects the demonstration concept from being weakened later by an unavailable connection, unsafe operating clearance or unassigned service cost.

Give Procurement One Scope It Can Evaluate

The booth quotation should explain what creates the visitor experience and who supplies each part. King Exhibits can price the approved rental structure, custom graphics, fabricated details, packing and agreed freight or installation support. The event, venue and their appointed providers may control separate services. We identify those interfaces beside the booth scope so the buyer can compare the full project, confirm decision dates and avoid assuming that a design feature includes an outside order. That clarity is especially useful when marketing, a technical team and procurement approve different parts of the same exhibit.

STEER — 30×30 Exhibit at NPE 2024, Orlando

STEER’s completed 30×30 exhibit shows how King Exhibits can organize equipment, several conversation zones and a strong visual identity within one sales environment. This is a verified King Exhibits project, but it was not installed at Baltimore Convention Center. It serves as a production and planning reference. The Baltimore design will respond to the client’s products, audience, floor assignment, technical services and meeting program.

WHY KING EXHIBITS

The Sales Plan and Production Record Stay Connected

King Exhibits has supported U.S. exhibit projects since 2008. Our Las Vegas-based production support includes 3D design, rental preparation, custom graphics, CNC work and wood fabrication. Product dimensions, screen requirements, graphic sizes, access panels and storage decisions can move from the approved design into the production record instead of being reinterpreted by separate suppliers. When included in the scope, important assemblies may be checked before packing. This working method gives the client a booth built around the agreed buyer experience and a clearer basis for reviewing changes before they become show-floor problems.

How should we plan a booth when meetings happen on another level?

Decide which visitors should leave the aisle conversation for a scheduled meeting, how the invitation will be presented and who owns the handoff. King Exhibits can keep the booth open for discovery while providing an appropriate qualification point, short discussion area and clear next step. Send both the floor assignment and meeting schedule so the visitor path reflects the real program rather than the booth alone.

Can King Exhibits integrate powered equipment and live demonstrations?

Yes. Provide dimensions, weight, operating clearance, presentation method, utility loads, internet needs and the staff member who will run the demonstration. We can plan supports, viewing positions, graphics, cable access and storage around the equipment. Baltimore Convention Center lists appointed providers for several technical services, so current ordering requirements and responsibilities must be confirmed separately before the approved booth enters production.

Does the King Exhibits quotation include venue services?

Only the accepted quotation defines what is included. King Exhibits may quote rental components, custom production, graphics, packing and agreed freight or installation support. Electrical, compressed air, water, drainage, connectivity, audiovisual or rigging may be controlled by the venue, event or an appointed provider. We identify the known interfaces so procurement can assemble the complete project cost without treating outside orders as hidden booth inclusions.

What should we send for a Baltimore Convention Center proposal?

Send the show dates, hall, booth number, floor plan, open sides, target accounts, visitor action, products, demonstrations, meetings, screens, utilities, graphics, reusable assets, budget, approval deadline and desired field support. Include the current exhibitor manual or service links. King Exhibits uses that information to recommend the exhibit direction, define production responsibilities and explain what the price is built to deliver.
