A Custom Booth That Fits Your Sponsorship Package
Your sponsorship package is the starting point for an AWS re:Invent booth rental. For Platinum sponsors planning a permitted 20-by-20-foot custom exhibit, we develop a rental layout around the way your team will demonstrate its product. A guided walkthrough, several simultaneous demos and longer customer discussions each need a different allocation of space.
We translate those priorities into a booth design, graphics and an agreed build and installation plan. Share your assigned floor plan and current sponsor instructions with us; we will review the booth requirements before proposing the structure. If your package already includes a turnkey booth, we first establish what changes are permitted and what the official provider supplies.
Your Product Team Prepares the Demo. We Handle the Booth.

Your engineers should be refining the product walkthrough, not chasing graphic production or delivery updates. Your King Exhibits project manager connects the approved design with fabrication, shipping, installation and dismantling. You have a named contact for the booth work while your team prepares its presentation.
During design review, we work through counter positions, screen locations and the space needed for presenters and guests. You can review how the exhibit will be used before the build begins. We also identify the official service orders that your sponsor account must place directly, so booth production and show services are planned together.
Before You Commit to a re:Invent Rental
Do not assume that you can. For 2026, AWS lists a standard turnkey booth for Gold and Bronze sponsors, with upgrades handled through the official program. A custom rental proposal does not change your sponsorship rights. Send us the package details so we can review the permitted work; any exception or change to the package must be confirmed by AWS.
For 2026, AWS directs sponsor AV orders through T3, with AV services provided by Sparks. We plan the exhibit around the equipment in your order and coordinate its placement with the booth design. Your product team remains responsible for its software and demonstration content. We will review the current kit with you before AV is added to the project scope.
The quote will identify the structure, graphics, furnishings and booth services included in the proposed rental. We will also identify separately ordered show services. The current custom-booth kit requires venue-exclusive services, including electricity and internet, to be booked directly with The Venetian. Those orders, sponsorship fees and later changes should be considered alongside the exhibit quote when you review your budget.
Yes, subject to the event’s exhibitor-appointed contractor requirements. The 2026 custom-booth kit calls for notification and proof of insurance before an outside contractor can set exhibits. We will provide the contractor information needed for our work and coordinate the installation plan with your team. The required filings and event acceptance must be in place before installation proceeds; hiring us does not waive them.
What Will Visitors Do in Your Booth?
Send your re:Invent sponsorship package, assigned booth plan and budget range. Add how many demos will run at once and whether you need space for longer customer meetings. We will use those details to propose a rental design and explain the booth services included in your quote. If you have not selected your booth option, include the choices you received from AWS.
