Let Visitors See the Task Your Robot Solves
For a robotics integrator exhibiting at Automate, the working cell is often the reason visitors stop. The booth also needs to help them see the process, ask questions and discuss their own application. King Exhibits develops rental layouts around those activities, with branded structures, graphics and space for your demonstration and sales team.
We use your equipment dimensions and demonstration plan to position the display, operator access, viewing area and meeting furniture. Your technical team defines the machine’s operating and safety requirements; we carry those requirements into the booth design discussion. A machine’s static footprint alone is not enough to plan its surroundings.
Automate 2027 takes place May 10–13 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Our design, fabrication, transport and installation services support the exhibit you bring to that show.

Your Engineers Prepare the Demo. We Handle the Exhibit.

A dedicated King Exhibits project manager connects your approved booth design with fabrication, graphics, transport, installation and dismantling. Your marketing team has a contact for booth decisions as your engineers work through the demonstration itself.
Our design and 3D visualization work gives both teams a layout to review before production. For the pre-build checks included in your project, we share photos or video of the relevant booth elements. Counter positions, graphic placement and assembly details can be reviewed before venue delivery, within that agreed check. That gives your team a chance to discuss a counter or graphic adjustment while the relevant exhibit elements are still being prepared.
We also identify the booth work included in the proposal, keeping equipment handling and show-ordered services clear before you approve the budget.
Before You Commit to an Automate Exhibit
The booth size, rental structure, graphics, display features and agreed delivery and installation work shape the price. A working demo can also introduce equipment handling or service requirements that need separate review. We prepare the booth proposal around your exhibit plan and identify included work, so you can compare it with other quotes without assuming every show expense is covered.
No. Our rental is the exhibit we design and supply for your space. You arrange exhibit space with the Automate organizer. Once you have a location or proposed footprint, we can discuss the booth design around it. The space booking and the rental exhibit are separate purchases, even when both are described as a booth in early planning.
It depends on the cell and the proposed site. We need its dimensions, weight and support requirements before recommending the surrounding exhibit. Its operating area and access needs also affect the layout. A standard display counter should not be assumed to support a robot or its motion loads; any dedicated support and handling arrangements require project-specific review.
Yes. We can develop a booth around a screen presentation and selected components or samples instead of a complete working cell. Our graphics and AV services support that approach. The design discussion should establish what visitors need to understand from the presentation, which items they will see up close and where your team will explain the application.
No. We provide the exhibit services agreed for your project. Your qualified equipment team remains responsible for commissioning, operation and the technical safety of the demonstration. We use the requirements they provide when developing the booth layout. Approval requirements for the current show and any specialist services need to be resolved before the design is finalized.
Start with the Demo You Want Buyers to Watch
Share your Automate booth size or floor plan, the main equipment you intend to exhibit and your budget range. Add approximate equipment dimensions if available. We will use that brief to discuss a rental design and quotation, including where visitors can watch the demo and where your team can continue the conversation.
