Custom Booth Rental for AUSA Product Discussions
We provide AUSA Annual Meeting booth rental for defense technology companies bringing equipment, product demonstrations and business development teams to Washington, D.C. For 2026, the Annual Meeting & Exposition takes place October 12–14 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
A communications unit on a counter and a presentation on a screen use space differently. We develop the exhibit around what your team will show, how visitors will engage with it and how many people need seats for meetings. Our work connects the rental structure, graphics and agreed display features with production, shipping, installation and dismantling. You review the proposed layout and rental scope together before committing to the build.
Keep the Demo Audience Away from Your Meeting Table
If your team is explaining equipment while colleagues meet a potential partner, both conversations need space. We position the demo counter, viewing area and meeting entrance so visitors can follow the presentation without gathering around seated guests. AUSA requires demonstrations and their audiences to remain within the exhibit space. Your layout therefore needs room for people as well as equipment. We show that arrangement in the proposal, before you approve the design.

One Contact for the Booth and Its Arrival

Your product specialists should not have to track down the booth crew for delivery updates. A dedicated King Exhibits project manager connects design decisions, production, shipping and installation. AUSA assigns move-in slots through the Exhibitor Service Kit; we use your assigned schedule when coordinating the booth’s arrival and setup. As your team prepares its presentations, you have a named contact for the exhibit work and a place to raise changes that affect cost or timing.
Questions Before You Choose an AUSA Booth Supplier
No. Our rental service covers the exhibit and the services agreed in your proposal. AUSA handles exhibit space and participation requirements. Once you have a confirmed space, we use its dimensions, position and open sides to develop the booth. If your allocation is still pending, we can discuss the requirements first and refine the layout when you receive it.
We identify the booth components and delivery services included in your rental proposal. Venue utilities, official contractor services and other third-party charges need to be checked against that scope. This matters when comparing a booth quote with your total exhibiting budget. Before approval, we clarify what King supplies and which additional orders or charges your team will need to allow for.
Yes, where your footprint and the applicable booth rules allow it. We can discuss partitions and seating that reduce exposure to passing traffic. An enclosed exhibit area is not a secure room for classified discussions, and we do not quote it as one. For ordinary partner meetings, the design conversation starts with seating numbers, access and the space needed around your display.
That depends on your demonstration. AUSA lists Wi-Fi availability but does not guarantee its security. Your technical team should define the connection its equipment needs; we account for the related screen, counter and cable locations in the booth design. Any dedicated internet service needs separate confirmation with the event’s provider. Booth rental does not itself include a guaranteed demonstration network.
We can assess the booth layout around it once we know the equipment dimensions, weight and presentation requirements. Transport access, floor loading and any special handling must be checked before the design is finalized. Your proposal will distinguish the rental exhibit work from equipment handling that needs separate arrangements. A model or screen presentation may also be worth discussing if the full-size equipment is impractical.
What Will Your Team Show—and Who Needs a Seat?
Give us your AUSA booth size or allocated floor plan, a brief description of the equipment or demo, and the number of people you expect at a meeting. Include your target budget and show year. We’ll use those details to develop a rental layout and explain the services to be priced. Publicly shareable product information is enough to begin.
