A compact tabletop demonstration and a large powered device create different support and freight needs. ATS space charges and registration are separate from our exhibit quotation; request an itemized proposal to see which additional show services still need budgeting.
Yes, provided the display can meet the device requirements and the demonstration is permitted at the show. Send its dimensions, weight and operating requirements before the display is specified. The product operator and relevant show services must confirm utilities and any special demonstration conditions; renting the booth does not itself authorize device use.
That depends on your ATS allocation. The 2027 prospectus places Clinical Trial Awareness in a distinct, noncommercial area. Confirm that category with ATS first, then share the allocation and permitted presentation format so the display proposal fits that purpose.
Your designated medical or regulatory reviewers approve the product claims and presentation content. We work from the artwork and files you authorize for exhibit production. Identify the final approver early enough to resolve content changes before printing.
