ARVO’s basic space package does not include a fully fitted booth; flooring, furniture, power and other services need to be accounted for when setting your total budget.
It depends on the instrument’s dimensions, weight and operating requirements. Send its specifications before we recommend a counter or floor position. We assess the exhibit construction and access needs; your equipment team remains responsible for the instrument’s technical setup and operation. A standard display counter should not be selected without checking the load it needs to carry.

Yes, subject to ARVO’s requirements for exhibitor-appointed contractors and the services permitted. ARVO requires an EAC notice and a certificate of insurance for outside vendors. We review the current requirements with your team before confirming the installation arrangement. King Exhibits is an independent exhibit supplier. ARVO determines contractor access under its current rules.
