No. The organizer’s space package and a furnished, branded exhibit are different purchases. APCO lists furnishings, AV and several operating services outside its basic package. King prices the booth configuration and requested work; obtain the organizer’s charges separately so your budget covers the whole participation cost.
APCO’s current 2027 information names Smart City as the exclusive internet provider. Have your technical lead specify the demonstration’s connection requirements before selecting a service. We use the connection locations in the booth layout; network supply and your application’s performance need their own confirmation.
A standard exhibit partition does not establish soundproofing. For recorded-call demonstrations, consider individual listening equipment and position the station away from another audio presentation. Share the intended listening method with the booth brief. Any enclosure or acoustic requirement needs a separate assessment before it becomes part of the proposal.
Yes, subject to checking its size, weight and delivery arrangements. Include the chair’s working space and access to the console’s connections, not just the desktop dimensions. We can then assess the surrounding exhibit layout and installation requirements. Specialized lifting or technical connections must be identified before quotation.
