Trade Show Booth Rental at Air Space Cyber Conference

Secure government-ready rental booths that connect aerospace and cyber vendors with USAF leaders.

  • DoD-grade secure build
  • USAF and DoD program buyers
  • Classified meeting nooks
  • Aerospace technology displays
Card 1 — Give the Aisle One Reason to Stop
Lead with the mission, operating or sustainment problem your company addresses. Air, space and cyber product names can then support that message instead of competing for equal attention.
Card 2 — Match Each Claim to Visible Evidence
Connect a capability to the right proof: hardware, a model, a cutaway, a workflow, a screen or an approved technical graphic. Visitors should not have to guess what demonstrates the claim.
Card 3 — Keep the Demonstration Repeatable
Design a short presentation cycle before assigning screens and counters. Mark the presenter, observer line, device connections, reset point and approved offline version so the main explanation survives a network problem.
Card 4 — Expose Every Responsibility Before Release
Separate proposed King work, exhibitor-supplied products and content, and show-appointed services. Procurement can then compare an actual scope instead of an undefined all-in promise.

An AFA Conference Exhibit Planned from the Capability Outward

The Air, Space & Cyber Conference brings different technologies and decision roles into the same exposition. A useful event-specific trade show booth rental therefore begins with what a qualified visitor must understand, inspect or discuss—not with a preselected wall package. Your brief may combine physical equipment, models, approved program graphics, software workflows, screens, meetings and storage within one assigned space.King Exhibits can shape the 3D direction with rental walls, towers, lightboxes, counters, flooring, furniture and quoted graphic or custom elements. Our written proposal is the control record: it states which design, rental, fabrication, graphics, packing, freight, onsite, LED/AV or storage tasks belong to us. The space contract, AFA membership, exhibitor registration and show-controlled orders stay with their designated owners unless a precise task is accepted in writing.Your company remains responsible for product operation, technical claims, public-release approval, software and data, visitor policies and any information-control obligations. Physical zoning and screen orientation can support your process, but they do not turn an open trade show booth into an accredited secure facility.

Choose the AFA Booth Layout from the Assigned Space

Item 1 — Inline or Linear Booth Plan

Use the single open aisle for one lead mission message and one primary evidence point. A physical display, model or observer screen can anchor the front while staff, storage and the next conversation sit deeper in the footprint where current rules allow. This direction suits a team that must make one capability understandable before introducing secondary air, space or cyber proof.

Item 2 — Corner Booth Plan

Two confirmed open sides can separate the first view of a physical system from the entry to a digital demonstration without creating two unrelated exhibits. One shared mission statement links both approaches, and staff can move qualified visitors toward the relevant specialist. Use the actual aisle positions and neighboring booths before fixing screens, counters or tall graphics.

Item 3 — Peninsula Booth Plan

A peninsula layout can give a large model, component or multi-person demonstration several viewing approaches while keeping utilities, storage and scheduled discussion toward the attached side. It is useful when technical proof needs more standing room than a linear footprint. Confirm the contracted open sides, neighboring sightlines, structure limits and service access before selecting this direction.

Item 4 — Island Booth Plan

When the assignment is open on all sides, air, space and cyber evidence can occupy distinct approach zones around one shared brand and meeting core. The design still needs a clear lead message rather than four competing fronts. Choose this direction only after confirming the island footprint, height and overhead conditions, display loads, utilities, freight route, staffing and current official requirements.

Pair Every Capability Claim with Its Exhibit Evidence

Create a row for each public claim and name the object, model, workflow, screen or graphic that supports it. Add the intended visitor, presenter, technical owner and next discussion. This matrix exposes unsupported messages before graphics are released and prevents air, space and cyber teams from booking the same physical area. King Exhibits can use the approved record to arrange evidence points, sightlines, staff positions and meeting routes on one 3D plan.

Design the Cyber Demonstration for the Observer and the Reset

Storyboard one public scenario from the presenter’s first action to the result visitors may see. Record devices, accounts, connectivity, power, audio, cable routes, cycle time, reset and technical ownership. Pair the live workflow with cleared offline material. Those inputs let the floor plan reserve an operating zone, hold waiting visitors outside it and keep a meaningful proof point available even when the network or production system cannot be used.

Separate Public Explanation from Deeper Technical Discussion

Classify each planned message as open display, presenter-led review or off-floor discussion before artwork and screen content are released. Distance, orientation and partitions can reduce interruption and unintended sightlines; the exhibitor’s own process should govern deeper talks. Layout measures organize people and content, but they cannot grant security, cyber or export authorization. Your authorized team retains control of visitor access, documents, devices and every decision to release technical information.

WHY KING EXHIBITS

Keep the Approved Brief Connected to the Physical Booth

Air, Space & Cyber Conference booth rental – exhibit design review with the project manager
Air, Space & Cyber Conference booth rental – pre-show build check before the booth ships

King Exhibits has served exhibitors since 2008 and works through a Las Vegas team. Our trade show booth design resources cover 3D visualization, rental systems and graphics, with custom fabrication, LED/AV, transport, onsite setup or teardown, and storage available when quoted. CNC and wood work, staging, material preparation, packing preparation and project-specific pre-build or quality checks support only the components and duties recorded in the accepted proposal. For a multi-domain booth, the practical advantage is continuity of information. The approved capability priorities, display interfaces, demo needs and artwork decisions can remain connected to the same 3D review and written scope as the exhibit moves into preparation. Nationwide execution is still subject to project scope, schedule, current venue requirements and the accepted responsibility split; the page does not claim a permanent National Harbor office or that every show service is self-performed.

Confirm the Current Event Record and Responsibility Owners

Item 1 — Event Record

The organizer currently lists September 14–16, 2026 in National Harbor, Maryland. AFA’s hotel and event information identifies Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Confirm the current event cycle, hall and booth assignment before design or upload.

Item 2 — Exhibitor-Controlled Records

AFA’s current Exhibitor Information states that space is sold through official channels in 10×10 increments and that exhibitors and sponsors must be AFA Corporate Members in good standing. King Exhibits does not sell the space or determine membership eligibility.

Item 3 — Assignment Inputs for the Design

Current AFA materials identify several technology-exposition halls with different schedules. Send the hall, booth number, footprint, open sides and current floor plan so the project does not rely on a venue-wide assumption.

Item 4 — Official-Service Responsibility Record

Use the active exhibitor portal, service kit and show-appointed channels for electricity, internet, AV, rigging, material handling, freight access, labor, permits or other controlled services. Inclusion in a King proposal exists only when the accepted document assigns a defined task.

Can the booth combine aircraft hardware, a space model and a cyber demonstration?

Yes, when the assigned space, display loads, service access, visitor routes and current show rules support the combination. Send an installed display record for every physical item and a separate operating record for each demonstration. The 3D direction can then expose conflicts before architecture and graphics are released.

Can King Exhibits provide a secure or classified demonstration area?

No. An open exhibit and a temporary meeting enclosure are not automatically secure, accredited, soundproof or approved for classified, CUI, export-controlled or customer-restricted information. Your authorized team decides what may be displayed or discussed. King Exhibits can plan physical orientation and meeting zones within the accepted scope.

Who approves the claims, data and software shown in the booth?

Your company does. Provide released public claims, approved graphics, demo outputs, account and network rules, fallback content, technical owners and the people authorized to approve changes. King Exhibits uses those inputs to plan the physical environment; we do not approve technical, regulatory, security or export-control content.

Does the King Exhibits quotation include AFA booth space or membership?

No, unless an accepted proposal explicitly lists a narrowly defined administrative task. AFA and its designated sales channels control exhibit-space contracts, current rates, membership requirements and exhibitor registration. The King quotation covers only the design, rental, graphics, custom, logistics, AV, storage or onsite work it lists.

Are electricity, internet, AV, rigging and material handling included?

Some may be, but inclusion exists only for a named responsibility in the accepted proposal. Show management, the venue or appointed providers may control these orders through separate accounts, forms, payments and deadlines. Send the current order status and confirmed connection points before the final design is released.

When and where is the 2026 Air, Space & Cyber Conference?

AFA currently lists September 14–16, 2026 in National Harbor, Maryland, with Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center identified in its event information. Dates, venue, hall and booth assignment are dynamic; verify the active official pages and current exhibitor documents before relying on them.

What affects the cost of an AFA conference booth rental?

The working scope depends on the footprint and open sides, rental architecture, graphic area, custom interfaces, displays and weights, AV, lighting, furniture, meetings, storage, packing, transport, installation/dismantling and official-service responsibilities. Send the current assignment and technical inputs for a written quotation; this page does not publish a fixed price.

What should we send for an Air, Space & Cyber Conference booth proposal?

Send the event cycle, hall, booth number, footprint, open sides, audience and capability priorities, display list with dimensions and weights, demo sequence, screens and utilities, approved public content, meetings, storage, freight, requested onsite work, current show documents, budget direction and target decision date.
