No. AFA’s booth-space purchase and King’s exhibit supply are different purchases. Arrange your space and confirm exhibitor eligibility through the organizer’s sales process. Once you have an assignment, our rental proposal can address the structure and presentation within it. Registration, sponsorship and organizer charges are not established by our booth-design quote.
An enclosure can provide visual separation, but it does not establish acoustic privacy or make a booth suitable for restricted discussions. Use only material your organization has approved for the exhibition environment. If a meeting requires controlled access or particular facilities, arrange an appropriate room through your own team and the event rather than relying on booth partitions.
List the connection requirements separately from the exhibit hardware. Network availability, ordering and charges must be checked with the providers identified for your edition of the symposium. Share those requirements during design so the equipment position is coordinated. A working screen in a booth does not by itself confirm that the required network service has been ordered.
