A Charging Exhibit That Shows More Than Hardware
Your charging unit may be the first thing visitors notice. The conversation that follows can involve the software, depot layout and support behind it. We design your rental exhibit to give each part a practical place: the equipment where visitors can see it, a counter for a software walkthrough and a separate spot for a longer discussion.
Our custom exhibit rental includes the booth design and build around your presentation. You supply the product knowledge and demonstration equipment; we develop the layout, graphics placement and furnishings for your available space. Whether you’re displaying an unpowered unit or proposing a live demonstration, we establish that distinction during design so the booth proposal reflects what you actually plan to bring.
One Contact Between Your Product Team and the Booth Build

A change to the display unit can affect the counter, surrounding graphics and installation plan. Your dedicated King Exhibits project manager keeps the booth work connected as those details develop. We coordinate the design, fabrication, shipping, installation and dismantling of the agreed exhibit, with a named contact for your team’s questions. Your technical colleagues explain the equipment; we carry that information into the booth work instead of leaving your marketing team to relay it between separate suppliers.
From Equipment Outline to Booth Proposal
Send your ACT Expo edition, booked or proposed booth size, a product photo or short equipment description, and your budget range. We use these to begin the layout and rental quotation discussion.
We develop the design for your equipment, software presentation and meetings. Your team reviews the proposal; we refine the booth around the confirmed display dimensions and presentation requirements.
Once you approve the design and quote, we coordinate the agreed booth production and delivery. We identify the show-service items that need separate arrangements, using the applicable exhibitor information before finalizing installation plans.
Questions Before You Rent an ACT Expo Booth
No. Our service is the rental booth and its agreed design and delivery work. Your team supplies and operates the charging equipment. If you want a live demonstration, bring that requirement into the first discussion. We’ll consider it in the booth design; electrical services and any required event approvals must be arranged for that specific demonstration.
No. We can discuss a design direction using your proposed booth dimensions. You book the exhibit space with the organizer, and the final booth design will need to match your confirmed location and configuration. Let us know if the space is still under consideration so we can identify what depends on that decision.
No. The quote covers the agreed booth rental and service items. Organizer space charges and separately ordered venue or show services need to be accounted for alongside it. We’ll explain the inclusions for your proposal so you can review the booth budget without assuming that equipment power, connectivity or a later design change is already covered.
Yes. We can start with your presentation requirements and proposed space. Final design and installation arrangements must then be checked against the rules for your edition. An earlier manual can help identify questions, but it should not be treated as confirmation of the next show’s deadlines, service requirements or vehicle-display conditions.
What Are You Bringing to ACT Expo?
A charger, a software presentation or both? Include the show edition, your booth size and budget range with a short description of the display. We’ll use that information to develop a rental booth proposal your marketing and technical teams can review together.
