A Booth for Showing How Your Instrument Works
At the American College of Surgeons Clinical Congress, your exhibit needs to support a close look at the product. We plan rental booths for surgical device exhibitors who want room to demonstrate an instrument, answer questions, and continue a conversation without crowding the demonstration.
For 2026, the exhibits run September 27–29 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC. The meeting itself begins September 26. Our work covers booth design, fabrication, shipping, installation, and dismantling. You bring the device expertise and approved product messaging; we turn those requirements into the exhibit. Whether you have an inline space or an island, the layout starts with the equipment and the activity you need it to accommodate.
One Project Manager Through Design and Installation

Your product team may need to review the graphics while your event team checks the layout. Our dedicated project manager brings those comments together and coordinates the booth design, fabrication, shipping, installation, and dismantling. You have a point of contact for the exhibit throughout those stages, including when a revised product message affects the graphics. Your team approves the content; we coordinate the graphics with the rest of the exhibit.
From Instrument Demo to Rental Proposal
Share your allocated space, the instrument or device you will show, and what visitors will watch or try. We review the display requirements and identify the equipment details needed for a first layout.
We develop the layout around the demonstration, viewing space, and product discussions. Your feedback helps us resolve the arrangement before the design moves into production.
We set out the booth work in the quote and review the schedule with you. Before you commit, we identify the included services and any show-service orders that need separate budgeting.
Before You Choose Your Clinical Congress Booth
No. You reserve exhibit space with the event organizer. Our rental is for the exhibit and the booth services agreed in your proposal. Once you have the space assignment, send us the plan so we can work with its dimensions and open sides. We do not sell ACS booth space or represent the organizer.
The booth size, design, equipment requirements, and services included in the proposal affect your rental price. Your budget also needs to cover exhibit space and any show services outside our quote. The 2026 exhibitor guide lists material handling as a separate fee and identifies providers for electricity and internet. We review those requirements with you so you can distinguish our price from charges placed with other providers.
It depends on the design, available production time, and the show’s contractor and service requirements. Send your current booth plan and target edition first. We will check whether the work can be scheduled before you commit. For a late request, we also need to review any contractor paperwork already filed; a design quote alone does not confirm permission to work at the show.
We need to review the equipment before confirming the layout. Its dimensions, weight, operating space, and utility requirements determine what is feasible. We use that information to plan the exhibit and identify questions for the relevant show-service providers. Your product specialists remain responsible for operating the equipment; booth rental does not include validating its clinical use or approving a demonstration.
Let’s Look at the Instrument You’re Bringing
Send your Clinical Congress booth plan, a photo or short description of the instrument demonstration, your target edition, and your exhibit budget range. We’ll use them to discuss a suitable layout and prepare the rental proposal around the booth work you need.
