Choose the Display Method by How the Product Is Evaluated
• Allow moving baby gear to operate within a controlled display envelope.
• Group small products by buyer-relevant category, not shelf capacity.
• Show furniture at true scale with safe access around it.
• Connect electronics and software to a clear, reliable demonstration.
An ABC Exhibit Rental Planned from the Assortment Outward
For an ABC Kids Expo exhibit rental in Las Vegas, the plan should reflect how juvenile-product suppliers meet retail buyers, media and other industry professionals. A useful booth has to help a buyer recognize the category, inspect the relevant product and reach the person who can discuss assortment, channel fit or the next commercial step.King Exhibits starts with a product matrix rather than an empty floor plan. For each item or category, record its priority, dimensions, weight, displayed state, handling method, approved message, target retail channel and staff owner. Those inputs shape the open sides, rental walls, graphics, shelving, platforms, screens, storage and conversation areas shown in the 3D direction. The current 2027 registration distinguishes an Emerging Brand Kiosk, Linear space and Island space. ABC controls registration, assignment and show requirements. King prices only the external exhibit work accepted in our written proposal, while current organizer, venue and official-service documents control the final project.
Start with the ABC Space You Actually Register
The current 2027 registration reserves this compact option for first-time exhibitors. Confirm what the official package includes before adding graphics, product supports or storage to the external scope.
The current registration starts linear space at 10×10 and offers larger widths in 10-foot increments. The assignment, open sides and current display rules determine what can stand where.
The current registration starts island space at 20×20, with aisles on four sides. Product visibility from several approaches is valuable only when fixtures, storage, demonstrations and staff routes remain coordinated.
Draw the Product in Use Before You Design the Fixture
Record the displayed dimensions, weight, support points, moving parts, handling sides and operating condition of every priority product. Add the trained staff position, nearest buyer, waiting visitor, power or data connection, reset supplies and route back to storage. This operating footprint shows whether the exhibit needs an open platform, recessed surface, barrier, cable path or staff-side access. Current ABC and venue requirements still determine whether the planned activity and fixture are permitted.

Turn the Assortment into a Retail-Buyer Review Path
Identify the hero product, supporting categories and items that require a deeper sales conversation. Give each group one reason to be present, one approved message and one staff owner. A buyer should be able to scan the range, inspect a relevant sample and move into a line-review discussion without crossing another demonstration. Linking the assortment matrix to fixture locations also helps the team control late product changes instead of rebuilding the entire presentation.
Give Every Sample a Display, Refill and Storage Position
Assign an ID to each sample, prototype, device and high-value accessory, then record whether visitors may handle it and who returns it after a demonstration. Plan reachable refill stock for fast-moving items and lockable storage for products, devices and staff property that should not remain exposed. Keep packing materials and empty cases separate from daily stock. A simple opening and closing count gives the team a clearer handoff during setup, show hours and move-out.

Review the Product Display and Delivery Scope in One Direction

Media: Use only approved King Exhibits 3D planning, graphic production, CNC/wood fabrication, project-check, packing and completed-installation evidence.
Assign the Product, Display and Show Orders Before Release

Confirm which SKUs travel, how each item is shown or handled, which claims and retailer materials are released, who approves demonstrations, and who signs the final display plan. The exhibitor also holds the ABC registration and booth assignment.

Translate the approved assortment into the quoted walls, platforms, shelving, graphics, storage and circulation plan. Production, packing, transport coordination and show-floor tasks apply only where the signed line items assign them to King.

Use the 2027 manual and portal, once issued, to identify the ordering channel for power, internet, product freight, material handling, labor, cleaning, security and any product-specific approval. Previous-edition providers or deadlines are not carried forward.

Match the assigned footprint, final SKU count, bulky-item route, small-product refill plan, artwork release, King line items and open ABC orders. Do not release a powered demo, large fixture or secured cabinet while its show-service owner remains blank.

King quotes the physical presentation required by your approved ABC product brief. Depending on the signed scope, line items can cover the 3D layout, rental walls and counters, category shelving, product-specific platforms or cabinets, graphics, packing, transport coordination and named show-floor tasks. ABC space is purchased through the organizer. Compare the King quote with the current ABC order list so every utility, freight, handling, cleaning, security and approval item has an owner.
Yes, when the products, planned activity and fixture comply with current show and venue requirements. Send displayed and packed dimensions, weight, support points, moving envelope, handling sides, operating condition, visitor clearance, utilities and storage needs. King can plan the physical display from those inputs; your team remains responsible for product safety, permitted use, claims and approvals.
Start by ranking the hero launch, core categories and supporting items. Tell us which products buyers should compare, handle or discuss and which labels or claims are approved. We can then plan category shelving, comparison content, refill access and a consultation point without giving every SKU equal visual weight.
Use the current ABC registration options and your product program. The 2027 registration currently distinguishes an Emerging Brand Kiosk for qualifying first-time exhibitors, Linear booths beginning at 10×10 and Island booths beginning at 20×20. Confirm eligibility, availability, assignment and current rules directly with ABC; King designs only from the space you actually secure.
When the 2027 service documents are issued, use the provider and account named for each order. Your team should place or authorize the ABC or venue items that remain in its account. King will show the required outlet, cable exit, freight arrival, cleaning access or secured storage on the plan and will handle an order only when the signed scope assigns that task. This keeps a powered demonstration or bulky-product delivery from being treated as already arranged.
Yes. Concept work can begin from the confirmed booth configuration, current floor plan, product matrix, physical interfaces, buyer tasks and brand files. Final structure, display activities, utilities, freight, installation and production release require the current manual and any approvals that apply. Early drawings should label assumptions rather than convert previous-edition rules into current facts.
It depends on the assigned space, rental structure, product fixtures, graphics, screens, furniture, storage, transport, onsite work and required official services. ABC booth-space prices are not King Exhibits design/build prices. We prepare a scope-based quotation after reviewing the assignment, product interfaces and responsibility split rather than publishing a figure without defined scope.
No affiliation, endorsement or official-provider status is claimed. ABC controls the event, exhibit-space registration, assignments and current exhibitor requirements. King Exhibits is an independent exhibit design/build and rental provider, and our quotation defines only the work we agree to perform.
