No. AAP’s published exhibit rules prohibit signage or advertising that shows product pricing. Use the graphic area to explain the product and its intended application instead. Have your team review the proposed wording against the current event rules before releasing artwork, especially when reusing graphics from a different show.
No. A seating area within your reserved booth is part of the exhibit layout. AAP’s Exhibitor Meeting Suites are a separate organizer offering with their own booking and service arrangements. Decide whether the conversation needs an open table or a separately reserved room before allocating the booth space.
No. Device operation belongs with your qualified product team. Our booth services provide the exhibit setting; they do not establish clinical suitability, approve product claims or replace your technical demonstrators. Send equipment power and handling requirements when briefing the display so any additional support can be discussed explicitly.
Timing depends on the design, production capacity and any outstanding show approvals. Send the remaining requirements and your confirmed dates first. We will assess what is feasible before agreeing to the project; an available rental structure alone does not resolve late artwork, electrical orders or permission to build.
