The 2026 AABB Annual Meeting takes place October 17–19 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta. For software companies exhibiting to the blood and biotherapies community, we bring together booth design, fabrication, graphics, delivery, installation and dismantling. Your team provides the software and product expertise; we take responsibility for the exhibit work agreed in your proposal. A 3D design gives you a way to review the arrangement before production.
A large screen alone does not tell you whether a visitor can comfortably follow a software demonstration. We position the screen, presenter and counter together, using your display dimensions and the way you expect to present. A walkthrough for one visitor calls for a different arrangement from a demonstration to several people. We show that difference in the layout, including where visitors stand and how another person can approach the booth without walking through the presentation.
An implementation question can take longer than the demonstration that prompted it. When your footprint allows, we place a small meeting area away from the active demo station, with somewhere to keep brochures and staff supplies. Your specialists can continue a conversation while a colleague starts the next presentation. In a compact booth, we discuss whether a separate meeting table is worth the space it takes from viewing and access before including it in the design.
Keep Booth Decisions with One Project Manager
Your product team should not have to chase separate updates about graphics, fabrication and installation. A dedicated King Exhibits project manager connects those parts of the exhibit. When a screen selection changes or your team revises a graphic, you have a clear contact to discuss the effect on the booth, cost and schedule before the work proceeds.
We also check key assembly and graphic details before delivery. Where a pre-build review is included in your project, we share photos or video so you can see the agreed booth elements before they reach the show. For a software exhibit, the review can focus on the counter, screen position and brand graphics.
Questions Before You Rent Your AABB Exhibit
No. The 2026 exhibitor prospectus lists the benefits included with the space purchase and requires carpet or flooring in every booth. Flooring, furnishings and any needed utilities must be purchased separately. Our rental proposal covers the exhibit we design and supply for that space. We will identify the flooring and furnishings in the proposal so you can compare it with what you have already ordered.
The booth size, custom graphics, display equipment and services you need determine the quote. We list the rental structure, furniture, delivery, installation and dismantling included in your proposal and identify exclusions. Your AABB exhibit-space fee is a separate purchase. Power and internet requirements also need to be checked against current show service information before you treat the booth price as your complete exhibiting budget.
No. Your team supplies and operates the software; we supply the exhibit and discuss the display equipment it needs. Let us know the screen sizes, connections and whether the presentation needs live internet. That lets us coordinate the booth arrangement and identify service requirements for the quote. Your product team remains responsible for demo content, data and testing the software on the intended equipment.
Yes. A booth size or preliminary floor plan, the year you are exhibiting, your demo plans and a budget range are enough to begin a discussion. We then develop the design direction and identify the graphics and equipment details needed to take it further. We will confirm the production schedule and approval dates for your project before you commit; availability depends on the design and timing.
