You can discuss a large video backdrop or a smaller screen built into the booth, depending on what visitors need to see and where they will stand. We also plan the pre-build and quality checks appropriate to the project, so the screen’s place in the exhibit is considered before move-in.

No. This service supplies the LED wall within a complete King Exhibits rental booth. It is designed for exhibitors who want the display, booth structure and installation planned together. If you already have a booth, describe the project when you contact us so we can establish whether our complete-booth service fits your plans before developing a proposal.
There is no single rate that covers every LED booth. The display area and specification, support structure, playback needs and show location affect the price. We quote your complete booth project, including the LED arrangement. A screen-only daily or per-square-foot price is not the total installed cost. Send your booth size and budget range for a project estimate.
A portable laptop can be considered as a content source when its connections and intended use are shared in advance. The fixed LED wall is supplied as part of our booth system. We do not assume customer-owned LED panels will fit that installation. Let us know about any equipment you want to use while the booth is being designed.
Audio and internet requirements need to be included in the project brief; neither should be assumed from the LED wall alone. Tell us whether you are playing a silent loop, giving a presentation or showing a live online demonstration. We can then address the playback and supporting AV requirements in the proposal, including any venue services that need arranging.
A curved or corner layout needs a design review before we can offer it. Send a reference image and your booth footprint. We will check the display system and supporting structure for that shape, including the space it leaves for visitors. A flat-wall quote does not include this customization.
The power requirement depends on the selected panels, the number of cabinets and the complete display system. We coordinate that requirement with the booth plan and the venue service arrangements before installation. You do not need to estimate it from the video file or screen width. Any separately charged electrical services should be identified in your project proposal.
