Fixed installations, including mounted monitors and LED walls, are supplied through our booth package. Tell us the device you intend to use and what it needs to display before the equipment is finalized.
Only when show-hours staffing has been arranged for your project. We coordinate AV setup and installation support with your booth. If you need a technician to run presentations or remain during show hours, tell us the session schedule and duties so we can review the staffing arrangement and include it in the proposal.
Venue electricity, electrical labor and internet may be billed separately by the organizer or its appointed providers. We identify the AV equipment and installation work in our proposal and discuss the show services your setup needs.
