Furniture Chosen with Your Entire Booth in Mind
Your furniture needs to work with the products you bring, the conversations you expect, and the space your team has to host them. King Exhibits provides trade show rental furniture as part of complete booth rental projects in the USA. We help you combine meeting seating, high tables, lounge areas, and counters around those needs. Share the number of people you expect in each meeting and how many meetings may happen at once. We will recommend a combination, place it within your booth design, and include the selected items in your project proposal. You can assess the furniture and the exhibit together before deciding.
Choose the Furniture That Suits Your Conversations
For your trade show booth furniture rental, start with how you will use each area. We will help you select the pieces and quantities for your show.
Give buyers and colleagues a shared surface for samples, notes, and laptops during seated discussions.
Create a place for brief conversations or follow-up questions beside a demo, without making every exchange a formal meeting.
Set aside a relaxed conversation area when your booth needs hospitality space alongside product displays and demonstrations.
Welcome visitors or present products at a dedicated counter, with branding and equipment considered in the booth design.
Compare More Than the Look

We match the seating to the table and the task, whether visitors are working, watching, or talking.

Samples and laptops need space too. We consider what stays on the table during each conversation.

We consider occupied chairs and movement around them, rather than filling every open patch with furniture.

Counters and storage should let your team reach everyday items without interrupting a buyer discussion.
Plan for Everyone in the Meeting
A meeting for two buyers and one salesperson needs three seats. Two of those meetings at the same time need six seats across two separate conversation areas. Six chairs around one table would not serve the same purpose. Tell us your busiest likely meeting pattern, including your staff. We will work that into the furniture layout and consider table space, chair movement, and access to the rest of the booth. If space is tight, we can discuss which meetings need seating most.

Keep the Demo Surface Ready to Use
A counter stops working as a demo area when brochures, bags, and spare equipment take over the top. We plan the presentation surface and nearby storage together. Share what you will demonstrate, its size and weight, and what your staff needs close by. We will assess the counter arrangement, equipment placement, and storage options within your booth design. For screens or powered demos, our team also coordinates the furniture with the AV setup and identifies the electrical services the show requires.
Preview Your Furniture Layout Before You Arrive

Our Las Vegas-based team designs, fabricates, and installs rental exhibits for U.S. trade shows. That lets us address the relationship between a counter, a display, and the people using them while the booth is being developed. Our 3D design capability helps you review the arrangement before it reaches the show floor. Our CNC and wood fabrication capability supports custom booth features where an ordinary table or counter does not fit the presentation. We then coordinate the selected furnishings with the booth’s transportation, installation, and dismantling. Your team can discuss furniture changes with the people responsible for the exhibit itself.
A Bar Counter as the Center of a Booth
Furniture can do more than fill the space left after the displays are designed.

This exhibit used a tropical bar setting with a cocktail counter as a place to meet visitors. The surrounding themed structure and overhead branding supported that reception area. It offers a useful starting point if your team wants an informal hospitality setting instead of a row of meeting tables. We can discuss how a counter-led layout could suit your brand and the conversations you plan to host.
From Your Meeting Needs to a Furnished Booth
Send your show, city, dates, booth dimensions, and expected meeting group sizes. We identify the seating and counter needs to discuss.
We propose a combination of tables, seating, counters, and storage arrangements within the exhibit design. You review how it supports meetings and demonstrations.
We identify the selected furniture, quantities, booth features, and delivery services in the proposal. You can review the complete project cost and any separately charged show services.
We coordinate the furniture with booth delivery and installation, then dismantling and collection after the show. Your team receives the exhibit with the agreed arrangement in place.
Questions About Furniture with Your Booth Rental
No. This service supplies furniture as part of a complete rental booth. If you are planning the whole exhibit, we can include your meeting tables, chairs, counters, and lounge needs in the design and quote. We do not take standalone furniture orders through this service.
Choose around the conversation. A table is a useful starting point when buyers need to handle samples, compare documents, or work on laptops. Lounge seating suits a more informal discussion where a shared work surface is less important. We can combine both when the booth has room, rather than asking one seating arrangement to serve every meeting.
Yes. We can discuss furniture options alongside your booth’s colors, graphics, and finishes. Send a reference or describe the atmosphere you want, such as a formal meeting area or a relaxed lounge. We will identify suitable choices for your show and include the selected pieces in your proposal. A reference image is a starting point, not a guarantee of an exact model.
It can, depending on the counter design. Tell us whether you need to put away bags, printed materials, samples, or equipment, and whether a lock is important. We will check the storage provision for the proposed counter or discuss a separate booth storage area. We will specify the lock and usable storage space for the option we recommend.
We quote the selected furniture within the complete booth project, including the agreed transportation and installation services. The combination of pieces, quantities, customization, show location, and dates affects the proposal. Show-contractor charges such as material handling, electrical services, and rigging where needed are separate. We identify those services so you can assess the event budget beyond the booth quote.
Select it while the booth layout is being developed, especially if you need several meeting areas or custom counters. Send the show dates even if your furniture list is unfinished. We will review the design and sourcing schedule with you. Later changes depend on the items available and the time remaining before delivery.
Yes. We can incorporate meeting areas and hospitality lounges within the booth design. Tell us the group size and whether you need visual separation or an enclosed setting; furniture alone will not provide privacy. We will discuss the space and construction needed. Catering is not included with the furniture arrangement.
Yes. We support complete rental booth projects in major U.S. show cities, including Chicago and Orlando. Share your show location and dates along with the furniture you need. We will check the choices and delivery arrangements for that event; a style available for one show should not be assumed available everywhere.
Tell Us Who You Need to Seat and What You Need to Show
Send your show name, city, dates, and booth dimensions, plus the number of simultaneous meetings and people in each group. Add any demo equipment, storage needs, style references, and budget. We will recommend a furniture arrangement for your complete rental booth and prepare a project quote.
