Flooring Supplied with Your Booth Rental

We supply the flooring as part of your complete King Exhibits rental booth, with carpet or vinyl selected for the design. Your floor, counters, graphics, and display positions can then be considered together, instead of leaving flooring as a separate order at the end. Tell us how you will use the space: standing conversations, seated meetings, product demonstrations, or a mix of activities. We will help you choose a suitable starting point and explain which floor details need further review. You can begin with your show name and booth dimensions; a finished floor plan is not required for the first conversation.

Plan Power Before the Floor Goes Down

A screen on a central counter needs power in a different place from one mounted on the back wall. We coordinate the electrical layout with your booth design and flooring installation, so those locations are considered before the surface is laid. Tell us which displays need power; our team can work through the routing and show-service requirements. Where the event assigns electrical work to an official contractor, we coordinate that work with the booth schedule.

Give Booth Entrances the Same Attention as the Finish

An attractive floor also needs a practical way in. We consider exposed edges, seams, and changes in height alongside the routes into your booth. This matters when visitors use mobility aids or when your team moves a demonstration cart. A softer surface is not automatically the right answer everywhere. We review the proposed flooring with your layout and the event’s requirements, including any transition details that need to be resolved before installation.

Flooring Planned Alongside Counters and Displays

CNC router cutting a counter panel in the woodworking shop - Trade Show Flooring Rental
Reception counter and display unit positioned on carpet flooring in a staging bay - Trade Show Flooring Rental

Our Las Vegas production team works with CNC and wood fabrication, while our project team coordinates booth design, graphics, transport, and installation for U.S. shows. We understand the counters and display structures that need to sit on the finished floor. When a counter moves or your demonstration area changes, we can carry that decision through the booth layout and installation plan. You discuss the complete space with one project team, including the floor, instead of relaying changes between separate design and flooring contacts.

What Affects Your Trade Show Flooring Rental Cost?

We quote the flooring within your booth proposal so you can compare the finished setup and the services it needs.

Material and Floor Design — Trade Show Flooring Rental

The covered area, selected finish, and any additional floor construction affect the proposal. We identify the floor option being quoted so you can compare alternatives without assuming every finish costs the same.

Delivery, Installation, and Removal — Trade Show Flooring Rental

Your booth proposal covers the agreed transport and installation work, followed by dismantling. We review the show schedule with the booth plan so flooring is part of the delivery arrangements.

Separate Show Services — Trade Show Flooring Rental

Material handling, on-site electrical work, and booth vacuuming are separate from the rental package. We help coordinate the service orders; the show’s providers charge for these services directly. Tell us about services you have already ordered so we can account for them.

Choose Your Trade Show Flooring Rental

Choose Your Trade Show Flooring Rental

Send your show name, booth size and layout, and we will match carpet or vinyl to your displays and traffic flow. King Exhibits quotes the flooring with the meeting areas, graphics and installation in one booth proposal.

From Floor Choice to Booth Installation

Start with Your Show and Booth Use

Send your show, dates, booth dimensions, and what you plan to display. We identify the floor choices worth considering for your space.

Compare the Proposal

We bring the floor option into the booth design and quote. You review the look and budget while we resolve layout and installation details.

Leave the Installation Coordination to Us

After the design is agreed, we arrange production and booth delivery, coordinate installation, and handle dismantling when the show closes.

Questions About Renting Booth Flooring

Can I rent only the flooring from King Exhibits?

No. We supply flooring with a complete booth rental. If you are arranging a full exhibit, we can help you choose the floor alongside the structure, graphics, furniture, and installation. Our service is suited to exhibitors who want these parts planned together; it is not a standalone carpet or flooring rental service.

Is thicker padding always better for a booth where staff stand all day?

No. Added cushioning may help in standing areas, but a very soft floor can make wheeled movement more difficult. We consider where your team will stand, where visitors enter, and whether chairs or demo carts need to move. Padding type and availability are discussed with the proposed material; we do not apply one specification to every booth.

Can your flooring support a heavy machine or wheeled exhibit?

That depends on the equipment and the floor construction. Send the weight, dimensions, and details of wheels or supporting feet, along with any movement during demonstrations. We need those details to assess the proposal. A decorative carpet or vinyl finish is not a load-bearing specification, and we do not select it by booth size alone.

Do I need a raised floor to hide cables?

Not necessarily. The answer depends on the cable routes, service locations, and booth layout. We first review how power and connections can reach your displays. If a raised floor is proposed, its structure and entrance transitions need separate review. Carpet or vinyl by itself does not provide an underfloor cable system.

What if my show package already includes carpet?

Let us review what your show package provides before you order another floor. Some events include booth carpet and restrict additional coverings. Send the package details or exhibitor manual, and we will check how the existing arrangement fits your booth design. We can then discuss whether a different finish is possible and worthwhile for your project.

Get a Flooring Recommendation with Your Booth Quote

Tell us your show, city, dates, and booth size, plus what your team will do in the space. Add a layout or equipment details if you have them. We will recommend a flooring direction and prepare a booth proposal that makes the included work and separate show services clear.
