Experiential Booth Design for Product Demonstrations
For a product launch or a show where buyers need to see your solution working, we build the booth around that encounter. Your experience might be a hands-on product trial, a sample comparison or a live product demonstration with space for questions. We recommend the structure, graphics and display options around what you want visitors to do. You can start with a focused demo in an inline booth or explore an island layout with separate presentation and meeting areas. We develop the design for your actual space and budget, then bring the approved booth to the show. Renting gives you the freedom to change the presentation for your next event without committing to the same exhibit layout.
Let Buyers See the Machine Work and Taste the Coffee
For a foodservice equipment launch, let buyers watch your espresso machine in action and taste the coffee. We can combine a machine demonstration counter, a sampling counter and a seated area for discussing pricing or distribution. Your team can explain the product while visitors taste the drink, then continue the buying conversation away from the serving area. We check the machine’s power and water needs and coordinate the required show services before finalizing the setup.

We Coordinate the Build Around Your Demonstration

Your demo belongs at the center of the project, from the first 3D concept through installation. Our project manager brings the booth structure, graphic production and agreed AV equipment into one delivery plan. You approve a coordinated design instead of arranging separate builds around the same presentation. Before shipping, we assemble the rental booth and share a preview for approval. This gives you a chance to see the physical display while our team checks the build. We then manage transport, installation and dismantling, so your presenters can concentrate on the product and the visitors.
Planning Your Experiential Booth Rental
No. A focused product interaction can work in a smaller booth. The right footprint depends on the demo equipment, the people using it and the space needed around them. Share your floor plan and demonstration idea; we will recommend a layout and explain whether one activity fits comfortably or whether a larger footprint would serve you better.
Portable demo devices can be considered, but fixed installations such as monitors and LED walls are supplied with our booth package. We confirm equipment choices before design approval so the mounting and connections work with the exhibit. For custom software or interactive content, we confirm the delivery arrangements separately; renting a screen does not include developing the application.
The footprint, custom structures, graphics, AV choices and show location all affect the price. We prepare an itemized proposal for the booth and agreed delivery services, including installation and dismantling. Any venue services or activation work outside that package are identified before approval. This lets you decide where to invest in the experience with a clear view of the overall project.
Start when your show dates and space are known, especially if a working product or custom digital experience is central to the exhibit. We check design, fabrication, equipment and shipping needs against the show schedule before confirming the plan. A concept can be ready well before the physical booth; we give you approval milestones and a delivery schedule for the full project.
Tell Us What You Want Visitors to Try
Share your show, city, dates, booth size and budget, plus the product or demonstration you want to feature. King Exhibits will recommend a layout and prepare a 3D concept with an itemized rental quote. If you already have a demo plan or equipment list, include it so we can build the proposal around the experience you have in mind.
