Make the Graphic Wall Work with Your Demonstration Space
Your fabric trade show booth needs a large printed surface for the brand and room for a sales conversation. The display still needs to work with everything in front of it: the counter, the products your team handles and the screen visitors gather around. We arrange those elements together, so an attractive backdrop does not leave your demonstration short of space.
For your fabric exhibition stands, we prepare the structure and graphic layout as part of the exhibit proposal. You can review the display faces, supporting components and equipment positions before artwork goes into production. Our team then coordinates the agreed build and delivery work. Size the Artwork for the Face Visitors Will See
The front graphic, fabric wrapping around the sides and complete stand footprint can have different dimensions. We prepare your artwork for the selected display, keeping the main message on the visible face and allowing for any returns or panel divisions.
The booth layout also accounts for feet, curved sections and nearby furniture. You can review where the display stands and where its image ends before approving the graphics, instead of choosing from a width label alone.
A fabric sleeve fits over an assembled tube frame and closes with a zipper. Its shape follows the frame, so a replacement sleeve needs to match that structure. When comparing this construction, look at how the frame comes apart and the space needed to pull the graphic over it. A similar display width does not make two sleeves interchangeable.
In this construction, the frame expands and the fabric attaches with hook-and-loop fasteners. Some systems keep the main graphic attached when the frame collapses. That can reduce graphic handling between shows, but the sides and closing sequence still follow the specific system. Compare the assembled depth and packed frame as well as the front image size.
Silicone edge graphics, or SEG, have a strip sewn around the fabric that fits into a channel in the frame. The edge fitting and finished graphic dimensions must match the frame. For a graphic update, the original system specification matters as much as the new artwork. SEG describes the graphic attachment; it does not by itself mean the display is backlit.
From Printed Backdrop to a Working Presentation Area
For Pindrop’s RSA 2019 exhibit in San Francisco, our manufacturing partner Exponents used a fabric wall printed with brick imagery behind a seated presentation area. Related graphics continued onto other booth structures. The fabric supplied the visual treatment, while the surrounding layout provided the space for demonstrations and meetings.

We will recommend how a fabric backdrop fits into that project and explain the quoted inclusions, along with any show services that must be ordered separately.
Yes, if the frame was purchased or rented from us. Send the previous project reference and the artwork you want to change. We identify the matching display faces and prepare the new graphic layout for approval. This service is for our supplied systems; it does not cover printing replacement graphics to fit frames purchased from other suppliers.
Yes, where the selected booth structure can accommodate suitable supports. We supply fixed screens with the supporting installation and choose product supports for the samples you want to show. The printed fabric itself does not carry that equipment. Let us know what visitors will watch or handle, so the proposal includes the space and hardware needed for the demonstration.
That depends on the structure and the rest of the booth configuration. A compact frame with a fitted graphic is a different setup task from an exhibit with connected walls, screens and counters. Tell us who will handle installation when we discuss the project. We will explain the assembly arrangements for the proposed system; our complete rental packages include installation.
We can assess it once we know your show date, destination and required arrival date. Our team works through the configuration, artwork approvals, production and transport before confirming a schedule. If your artwork is still changing, flag that when you enquire. You receive the approval and delivery milestones for the proposed project, rather than having to estimate them from a design turnaround.
The exhibit configurations offered here are for indoor shows. An indoor display should not be moved outside on the assumption that its supporting frame will suit the conditions. Include the venue and intended location in your enquiry. We will review the display’s placement as part of your booth project and keep the recommendation within its intended use.
