Keep the Conversation Going After the Demo
An onboarding walkthrough and a conversation about rollout across several offices need different kinds of attention. For HR software exhibitors at SHRM Annual Conference & Expo, we plan the rental booth around both: somewhere to show the product and somewhere to continue talking without taking over the demonstration.
Your available space determines how much separation is practical. We work with your floor plan, presentation format and meeting needs to develop the layout, graphics and furniture arrangement. Our service can cover design, fabrication, transport, installation and dismantling. You review an exhibit proposal built around what your team will do at the show, with the rental and delivery work identified in the quote.
Your Project Manager Carries the Design Through to Setup

Once you approve the booth design, it still has to become the space your sales team will use. Your dedicated King Exhibits project manager connects graphic production, fabrication, shipping and installation with that approved plan. Questions about the demo counter, a revised brand message or the meeting furniture have one point of contact.
We keep the booth work moving while your team prepares the presentation. Before you commit, we identify the services in our rental quote and any show or venue services that need separate arrangements. That gives your marketing team a defined exhibit budget to review internally.
Before You Choose Your SHRM Rental Booth
No. You reserve the exhibit space with SHRM; our quote covers the booth and the agreed services for that space. Share the organizer’s allocation or the size you are considering, and we can discuss the rental design separately from the space booking.
Yes. We plan the counter and screen arrangement around your equipment and presentation format. Your team provides and operates the software demo. Tell us whether it needs an internet connection so we can identify the show services that must be arranged; booth rental does not guarantee network performance.
The footprint, structure, graphics, screens, furniture and delivery requirements all affect the quote. A single presenter showing a laptop demo needs a different layout from several simultaneous demonstrations with a meeting area. We use that distinction to price the exhibit you need, with included services and separate show charges identified.
Yes. Start with the sizes you are considering and explain how many demonstrations or meetings you expect to run at the same time. We will discuss what fits and where you may need to simplify. The final design follows your confirmed floor plan and the rules for your booked space.
We base the proposal on the SHRM Annual Conference & Expo edition you are attending. If the venue changes, we review the transport, installation and venue-service requirements for that location before confirming the quote. Share your event booking details when available; a previous year’s rental plan may need adjustments.
What Will HR Buyers See at Your Booth?
Describe the software demo you are bringing to SHRM Annual and whether your team needs space for follow-up meetings. Include the event edition and your confirmed or proposed booth size; a floor plan and budget range help if you have them. We will review the fit and develop a rental layout and quote for your exhibit.
