A Booth Layout Your Sales Team Can Use
LeadsCon in Las Vegas brings together lead buyers, agencies and technology providers. If you exhibit a lead management platform, your team may need to demonstrate a workflow and discuss a partner’s requirements at the same time. We design your rental booth around those activities, with attention to where visitors stand, what they can see and where a longer conversation can take place.
We position screens so a walkthrough can continue without taking over the seats reserved for a longer meeting. We work through that arrangement in the design, using your booked dimensions, open sides and expected team size. Your trade show booth rental can include branded structure, graphics, demo counters, seating and AV options. You can assess how the booth will work before choosing the final configuration.

One Contact for the Work Behind Your Exhibit

Your marketing and sales teams have a platform to present. Our work is the booth: design, fabrication, graphics, transportation, installation and dismantling. A dedicated project manager coordinates those stages, giving you a contact for design decisions and delivery updates.
We use 3D visualization to help you review the proposed exhibit with your team before fabrication. That is the time to check whether the demo position and meeting furniture suit the way your representatives will work. We carry the approved booth design into production and coordinate the agreed installation and dismantling work. The service details belong in your proposal, alongside the design you are approving.
Before You Choose Your LeadsCon Rental Booth
Yes, provided the equipment and connection requirements are addressed for your setup. We plan the counter and screen arrangement around your demo. Your team supplies and runs the software; internet service is a separate item to confirm for the event. Tell us whether the presentation depends on a live connection or can run from an offline recording, so the proposed setup reflects what you will use.
It can provide seating away from the main demo, but an open booth is not a confidential meeting room. We can consider screen orientation and furniture placement when designing the space. Use demonstration data for public walkthroughs. If a conversation requires acoustic or visual privacy, raise that requirement before the design is agreed so the available options and applicable show rules can be checked.
Exhibit space is arranged with the organizer. Our quote covers the booth design and the rental and delivery services listed in your proposal. Confirm items such as internet, electrical service and material handling separately; do not assume they are included in the booth price. We will identify the services we are supplying so you can compare the proposal with your wider event budget.
Start when you have a space option and know how your team intends to exhibit. You do not need finished artwork to begin that conversation. Include the LeadsCon edition and your internal approval date, and we will check the design, production and delivery schedule for the requested work. Booking availability and show deadlines need to be confirmed for that project; they are not a fixed lead time for every rental.
How Will Your Team Present at LeadsCon?
Describe the platform you are bringing, how many demos need to run at once and how many people will staff the booth. Add your booth dimensions or space options, the show edition and a budget range. We will review the brief with you and develop a layout direction and rental quote for the work discussed.
