Fit the Cabinet Display Before Adding More Products

Our custom exhibit rental service gives cabinetry and kitchen brands a booth designed around how their products look and work. For KBIS 2027, February 2–4 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, we can develop your exhibit around a room setting, a focused cabinet display or a selection of door and finish samples.

Your product dimensions give us the starting point. We account for open doors, extended drawers and the space a representative needs beside a visitor. A sample comparison area and a place for dealer conversations can then fit around that display. You review the proposed arrangement before committing to a crowded product list that leaves little room to demonstrate it.

Booth Delivery

Connect Your Cabinet Shipment with the Booth Build

KBIS booth rental – exhibit design review with the project manager
KBIS booth rental – pre-show build check before the booth ships

A finished booth structure is only part of your setup when the cabinets arrive separately. Your dedicated King Exhibits project manager keeps the approved layout, booth production and delivery arrangements connected, working with your product contact on what arrives and when. We handle the booth work through installation and dismantling, with responsibilities agreed for your project.

Our pre-show checks cover agreed assembly, graphics and finishing details. For your cabinet display, we confirm which booth components can be checked before delivery and which connections need the actual exhibit products on site. You know which parts have been reviewed before your team arrives and which will be checked during installation.

Design Your KBIS Kitchen Display Booth

Design Your KBIS Kitchen Display Booth

Send your booth dimensions, cabinet display list and KBIS dates. King Exhibits studies how visitors will open doors and compare finishes, then prepares a rental design and quote covering structure, custom graphics, installation and dismantling.

Approve Your KBIS Booth Design and Rental Scope

We develop the booth around the display you need, then put the design, cost and delivery responsibilities together for review.

Show us the display you have in mind

Share your booth plan, the cabinets or samples you intend to bring and what visitors should be able to try. We review the display priorities and identify the product details needed for a layout.

Review the layout and rental quote together

We develop the design and explain the proposed rental, custom work and installation scope against your budget. Your product and marketing teams can review the same proposal before approving it.

Confirm the product handover and installation plan

With your approval and exhibit-product schedule, we coordinate booth production and installation arrangements. You receive the agreed responsibilities and handover plan, including where your product team is needed.

Before You Commit to a KBIS Exhibit Rental

Does the rental include the cabinets we want to exhibit?

No. The booth rental is the exhibit structure and the services in your proposal; your own cabinets, hardware and other display products are separate. We design around the products you supply. Cabinet dimensions, weights and mounting details help us determine the supports and installation arrangements to include in the quote.

Can a rental booth accommodate a full kitchen display?

It can, if the booth space and product requirements support that layout. We review the cabinet run, appliance positions and visitor access before recommending a room setting. Heavy items or working equipment need a separate check of supports, connections and show requirements. We settle those requirements before treating a live demonstration as part of the agreed booth scope.

What happens if our final cabinet selection changes?

Let your project manager know which products changed before they ship. We check the effect on the approved layout, supports, graphics and installation plan, then explain any price or schedule changes for approval. A similar-looking cabinet may still have a different footprint or mounting arrangement, so substitutions need a design review.

Is the booth rental quote our complete KBIS budget?

No. It covers the King Exhibits work stated in the proposal. Show space and services billed by the organizer, venue or other providers are separate unless expressly included. We explain what our quote covers, including the agreed transport and labor, so your team can distinguish the booth cost from the rest of the exhibiting budget.

When should we start the booth design discussion?

Start when your space and main display products are known, even if the finish selection is still developing. We review the remaining design and production work against your show schedule before confirming timing. KBIS assigns targeted freight move-in dates; your hall and booth location help establish the delivery arrangements for your specific exhibit.

What Will Visitors Open, Touch or Compare?

Describe the cabinet display you want to bring to KBIS, along with your booth size or floor plan and budget range. Include the doors, drawers or samples visitors should try. We’ll review the fit and discuss a rental design and quote around that presentation.
