Custom Booths for Eligible Google Cloud Next Sponsors
Google Cloud Next returns to Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas on April 13–15, 2027. If your sponsorship permits a custom exhibit, King Exhibits can develop a rental design around the demos and conversations you want to host. We handle design, fabrication, shipping, installation and dismantling within the agreed project scope.
Your sponsorship documents come first: an organizer-provided booth may already include the structure and furnishings. We review those conditions before recommending a separate rental. For your Google Cloud Next booth, we work through the number of simultaneous demos, presenter positions and meeting needs with your team. You can compare a proposed layout and quote before committing to the exhibit build.
Keep Exhibit Decisions with One Project Manager

Your demo lead may need a different screen position while sales wants to retain a meeting table. Our project manager brings those requests into the same design discussion and follows the agreed decisions through fabrication and installation. We coordinate the exhibit delivery and dismantling, so you have one person to contact about the booth while your team prepares presentations and schedules meetings.
From Sponsorship Requirements to a Rental Proposal
Share your current sponsorship requirements and assigned booth information. We review the permitted custom work and identify any organizer questions before developing the rental concept.
We use your demo plans, meeting needs and budget range to develop a 3D design and quote. You can assess how the team will use the booth and which services the proposal includes.
With your design sign-off and the required organizer approval in place, we move the agreed exhibit into fabrication and coordinate shipping, installation and dismantling. Your project manager keeps the booth work connected through each stage.
Questions Before You Commission the Booth
We can consider one if your booth size and current show rules allow it. An enclosed room takes space from the demo area, so we compare that option with an open meeting arrangement during design. Share how many people need to meet and whether those meetings will run alongside demos.
Our rental service covers the physical exhibit work agreed in your proposal. Network provision, demo accounts and software operation need to be confirmed with the teams responsible for them. We use your equipment and connection requirements to plan the booth layout; we do not promise network performance or operate your application.
No. The exhibit rental quote covers the agreed King Exhibits scope, not your sponsorship purchase. We identify the included design, build and delivery services in the proposal. Organizer or venue charges and later changes need separate review, so you can compare the booth cost with the rest of your event budget.
Yes, if you can describe the activities, likely equipment and number of presenters. We can discuss the initial layout while your content develops. Final equipment requirements, graphics and the approved design must be settled before the affected work proceeds; your project manager will identify those decisions as the proposal develops.
What Will Your Team Run at the Booth?
Send your Google Cloud Next sponsorship requirements, booth dimensions or assignment plan, and a short description of the demos and meetings you expect to run together. Include your budget range if you have one. We will review the fit for a custom rental and follow up with a layout recommendation and project quote.
