Questions Before Renting Your Hershey Exhibit
The current show rules restrict cartons, packaging and combustible storage behind displays and in unapproved areas. They permit minimal daily literature stock; merchandise storage needs a separate check against your exhibit arrangements. We will review what you plan to keep on site and identify any separate storage arrangements needed, rather than assume a display cabinet can hold reserve stock.
That depends on your equipment and the show’s requirements. The current exhibitor manual requires indoor electricity to be ordered in advance. Give us the equipment specifications and intended demonstration when we design the booth; we will account for their space and service needs. The appropriate show provider must confirm the electrical arrangement.
No. Your exhibit-space agreement is with the show organizer. Our proposal covers the booth and the King Exhibits services listed in your quote. Once you have a space assignment, we can assess the layout and project requirements. Organizer and venue charges are identified separately from our booth scope.
We need to check the remaining design, production and delivery time before accepting it. Include the show year, required setup date and any approved artwork with your inquiry. We will confirm whether the requested scope is feasible and explain the available options before you commit.
